The Butterfly Effect
Butterfly is incredibly impressive software, but in my experience, the people behind it are even more impressive. The professionalism and diligence of the Butterfly team is always apparent in all of our interactions, especially with how concerned they are about evolving to enhance both the user experience and the tool's effectiveness for our needs specifically. Their proposals & suggestions are always much appreciated, in addition to inevitably being thoughtful and thought-provoking every single time.
PROSButterfly is an innovative and intuitive tool that the team has come to rely on to regularly communicate their input & feedback, just as much as leadership relies on it to gather information and resolve issues in real time. Whether collecting cumulative or instant feedback, the insights gleaned are always valuable, leading to more focused, productive and proactive approaches & solutions.

Critical Utensil of the Modern Manager Toolkit
We have been using Butterfly for 4 years now at Ogilvy. It has become a central tool in our approach to talent management. Being able to collect feedback at such a high frequency with that level of transparency has allowed us to develop unique insights into how our team is feeling . This has been especially true in the era of BLM and heightened awareness around DEI, as well as during the whole of the COVID pandemic. The employee experience we are delivering to our team has significantly improved since we implemented Butterfly, with direct impact on team retention and satisfaction.
PROSWe love that Butterfly is extremly acctionable as a tool. Equippe with the information and the feeback. We are able to take actions an have a true impact on a weekly basis.

Have something to say, we hear you.
Haven't come across any issues that needed solving, but I can imagine that it will help in the future.
PROSVery easy to use and understand. The fact that associates can say what and they are feeling and voice their concerns about the way things are going at work allows people to keep stress off their shoulders and work more intuitively, efficiently, and be more productive.
CONSNot a difficult product to use. However, there needs to be more than the same 6 questions used for the survey. There needs to be a variety of questions that pertain to the facility and the work we do.
