Product is very simple to use and very easy to navigate. Just a little bit of improvement of the page and it will be good to go.

Time tracking feature is very useful. Unlimited team handling is one of best option.

Easy to use and handle projects. My favorite feature is basic package contains unlimited users that's a huge advantage for big teams.

The customer service is beyond expectations and the way their person patiently supported me to explore all the features of Casecamp is just awesome.

Casecamp is has all the appropriate features to manage any project with a clean interface and functionalities. The Gantt chart is very helpful to monitor the progress of the projects in all stages.

After carefully reviewing, we found CaseCamp best suited for our needs. There iOS app is very well developed and easy to use.

It was not at all complicated to pickup and use. They hide all the complicated tools but you can find them if you need it.

For example, there is an empty box on project homepage which gives a feeling of something missing from there. The calendar screen has arrows on top and bottom on month name instead of sides.

It also had good pricing as compares to other similar softwares.

Say anyone can use this software for almost any project. It has very good budget management system and integrations,and very helpful and active customer support.

Since there are many functionalities somewhat difficult to handle.

The system was easy to use and the customer support was really helpful. The  video session made us feel easy with the system.

It is an excellent project management tools, it helps us to track progress on every task,  share resources, and improve team comunication.

So hard to view information. Customer support is not good at the moment.

Some of the tabs/ modules does not seem to work correctly. It may be due to broken links or any other back end issue.

That it is really user friendly; never heard of Ravetree until I began working at The Bookkeeper. Wonderful tool to track and prioritize tasks.

The interface is very rich and intuitive, offers a clear and precise overview of the different results obtained. A free trial version is also available to enhance the user experience.

Ravetree feels like the perfect blend of being universal enough for the masses and customized for the individual peculiarities of a mid-market full-service advertising agency of 35 people (i.e. us).

At the time of this review, there was no public API, which for us is a deal-breaker.

Responsiveness of support team & customization. I love logging time to my timesheet directly from the kanban board.

In addition, Customer rep has consistently delivered the human element of a technology/subscription delivery and made it feel like we were a priority at each at every turn.

What Ravetree has going for it is management of the project along with progress against budget.

The lack of stability and the appalling support.

Ease of use and ability to ramp other team members easily.

User friendliness and ability to pinpoint projects easily and time associated with each. I also like being able to transition ownership based on the stage of the project.

It also has a pretty intuitive user experience. The kanban board is a useful feature and I like being able to see how many billable and non-billable hours I'm logging each day.

My overall experience with Ravetree is that What I could say is that the software is highly recommended, it has so many useful features for businesses.

Sometimes, getting alerts can be difficult. If you miss an email, you may miss an update or a tag in Ravetree.

It's a mystery why that aspect of PM is so neglected by many other apps.

The comment section of RT is where I spend most of my time. I love the ability to comment and tag people directly in a conversation.

I have trouble finding tasks that I have marked complete. If i don't know the specific name it's hard to find them.

The ability to upload file versions within the same upload and select which version you'd like to view. This keeps project files/uploads organized and helps us to easier find and look at versions.
