Excellent Project Management Solution with Affordable Flat Pricing
Comprehensive solution which is packed with lots of features. CatchUp offers great value for organizations at a flat pricing model.

Very powerful and yet easy to use
Outstanding addition to the suite of project management software available.
PROSEasy to use and set up, but powerful SaaS features allow not only listing of tasks and action items, but also means to execute these efficiently and easily. Also, add-ons like video conferencing are thrown in free. The cost is very affordable for small businesses.
CONSFeatures such as video conferencing are within CatchUp, and I understand that they are rolling out broader video conferencing in the next release.

This is a great app to help with productivity and task management.

Excellent tool for Project Management - focuses on optimizing workflows
Since the current working model has been moved from completely remote/office to hybrid mode, which in turn generates other problems in managing tasks which the Catchup team has primarily focused on and worked on so that users can collaborate and communicate effectively with their team members.A next-generation application with features not limited to only Project Management or Task Scheduling, you can also keep track of your team's resource optimisation. The great thing about the app is it purely gives the feel of using the Kanban board.
CONSWhen you are new to this application, it definitely takes some time to understand the full features and accordingly work on them, but the more time you spend on this, the more you will be addicted.

Hit the Ground Running – The CatchUp Way!
I love this software! It is exactly what I need to run my team effectively, keeping all our projects and calendars together.
PROSI like that it is an ALL IN ONE project / team management tool. From tasks to calendar to communicating with your team. You don't have to leave the software it's all there.
CONSI personally don't like that there is no free option. There is a 7-day free trial but it would be nice for them to offer a one project free plan.
