DynaDo is a web-based suite of tools that allows users to manage and automate their tasks, projects, files, customer communication, and team communications. By combining these tools into one dashboard and connecting them using DynaDo’s workflow system, managers and teams can stop micromanaging simple projects and tasks and focus on growing their companies.

With DynaDo, users only need to send one task and their entire workflow will be automated. If a workflow requires sending multiple tasks w ith different priorities to different people with different deadlines, one task will set it all. DynaDo’s Task Management module includes a task creator and allows users to assign to-dos to anyone, from freelancers to clients, regardless of whether they have a DynaDo account. Group discussions can be searched for specific pieces of information and can be applied to any project to allow for direct collaboration between users.

Terrific!!

Pros

I'm a very disorganized person, due to very poor handwriting. This product helps me avoid the trap of Post it note piles, and helps with my Client relations by automating my life. Give it a shot, you'll love it!

Cons

I just started using this recently, to try it out so I haven't discovered anything that I don't like as of yet.

Great new product with unique organization tools that really help!

Pros

It's not necessarily any one feature that is amazing, but the integration between email, CRM, calendar, task management, project planning and workflow automations have really improved our communications, organization and my oversight of everything. Plus, I oversee multiple companies, and Dyando allows me to be able to monitor all the activity from all my companies all from the same place! I haven't seen any other platforms that have this!

Cons

The web version is great, but they really need to create a mobile app. Since most of my employees work from the computer, this hasn't been a problem for them, but for me, it would be nice if I could utilize the normal functionality on the go.​..at least with some push notifications.
