I like that the software is easy to use and works similar to a spreadsheet but with a prettier interface and dialed in to project management tasks.

As a freelancer, my experience with Easynote is very positive. It solved the problem to manage team members, to assign tasks easily and to track everything until the tasks are completed.

The [SENSITIVE CONTENT] is very active in the development of the product and is open to suggestions of what features get implemented. I have found the Easynote experience to be amazing.

When I first started using the platform I noticed the onboarding process was done very well. Because of the clear tutorials I could immediately create my projects.

I'm still learning new things to use it for but I love it for making sure customer service tasks don't get lost and managing club memberships.

Not only the academic field is a strong point for this application, since it shows off many strengths in marketing, construction, software design, planning, among other things.

At the same time it will save you money comparing with same or less quality products out there. Also, the service is good for any question you may have.

Missing dates of comments, losses connection to the source list even if it exist in the new location (with the same name) when moving tasks between todo lists. Some times features stop to work.

EasyNote loads very quickly, entering a new project or activity is very simple and setting urgency on different tasks is straight forward.

Easynot is super flexible and allows you to do a lot af customization.

And last I checked, it was in their roadmap. But seemed a low priority.

I do the majority of my work on my phone. Shame on developers for assuming lack a mobile app wouldn’t be significant.

It looks beautiful and it's easy to use. It helps our office organize and keep up with tasks and customer service.

Easynote is extremely easy to use, and allows you to manage tasks and teams.

That's the 4th task manager software I have used this year (each company I worked for uses a different one). So far what I like the most is the mobile overview.

No mobile app yet at this moment, but they are working on this.

I like the possibility to access Workfront through different devices and the responsiveness of the support staff.

For this one, I had to reach out to a co-worker to figure out where to find the components I needed efficiently; there was a lot of guessing and wasted time in the beginning.

The ease of use for collaborating on a project, while also being able to customize it for your liking with the notifications.

With some of the updates in the software our team has been a little lost.

It has a nice integrated solutions, it’s simplistic for the basic user.

I love the fact that this software can either be very simple or very robust based on the needs of the project or its team members.

We have also experienced some issues with lost functionality due to upgrades which can be frustrating for users.

I enjoyed using Workfront to track project execution and time associated with projects. It was very effective and efficient at that purpose.

Ability for customization and reporting is great.

It also gets confusing with the different levels and their hierarchical order, which I think even they get lost in sometimes themselves.

No risk tracking throughout the project lifecycle. Unable to import a project plan back into the same project.

Workfront resolved these issues at a mid-level price point for a small to medium-sized business or agency.

I worst thing I can say is a couple times of year we have a client or Sales Rep. that has a problem with the app.

At times is is difficult to identify where to find our projects. As of now, there are two pages that display your current projects differently, and that can be confusing.

Well versed community to share and learn. Detailed workflow breakdown of projects.

However, the problem is usually fix that same day and sometimes it is user error and not the program at all.

I have very good experience to use the workfront and I recommend my all the clients to use it though it is costly.

The only thing I don't like about Workfront is that it was unable to meet the criteria needed by my company to continue to be used.

This reporting capability of Workfront also helped my manager provide budget and resources support, when needed.

I like how it is easy to tag someone in a project to notify them of your comment. This makes collaboration easy, and it's a nice way to remind someone of a task.

Frustrating Software That You Have to Bend to Your Needs.

The client can easily use the tools at the top of the page to highlight or point to what they want changed. The client can ask us questions and we can answer them all in the same place.

Workfront allows us to see the budget and the progress of the project. It is very important for us to monitor the budget regularly.

I love the ability to see or post an update on the project, tag someone when you have a question, and lay out the timeline in the gantt charts.
