- Fairly easy to configure to specific quality needs. MasterControl provides excellent support documentation including validation.
- I love the ease of building production records and the integration between Mx and Qx.
Cons
- It requires a big learning curve and your users will make a lot of mistakes in the process.
- It is disappointing to have these bugs that there is not much to do but work it around. So you do not have a clear explanation of it and much nor less to do into preventing these issues.
Pros
- There are a ton of options for customization and it's super easy to use once you know how each form works. The grids are amazing and the reporting options are great for customization.
- The functions are pretty easy to figure out and understand. The Clearview resource that comes with Viewpoint is an amazing source of information regarding functionality and capabilities.
Cons
- VERY difficult to learn and get used to the dynamics.
- Conversion support was poor. Software setup and daily use is not intuitive.
