OfficeMA Timesheet is an online time tracking solution that helps service-based businesses in managing client projects, individual tasks and overall budgets. It is suitable for businesses like consulting, software development firms and digital marketing agencies.

With OfficeMA, users can set billing rates against projects, users or even specific timesheet tasks and can run revenue reports from the timesheet entries. It allows users to create multiple user accounts for employees with different access roles. Additionally, users can monitor the project and business performance via the dashboard view (there is an option to download data as CSV) and can run several other reports, including user utilization and project budget and expenditure.

OfficeMA is available worldwide as a cloud-based solution. Mobile apps for Android and Apple iOS are also available. The product is priced per user per month. Users have access to support services and business analysis for tailoring the solution to support current processes.

Fantastic Product for Free Lancers

This product is very simple to use and gets the job done. As a free service it provides most options that paid products provide. My employers and happy with the amount of detail provided in the time sheet. It is also very easy for me to keep track of my work done versus the remuneration received. Most efficient time management tool I've come across.

Really easy to use. I use it for work and it seems really efficient. I choose my task from a drop down and choose the hours. They even have a chrome extension, which further makes it easier to use. Highly recommend.
