That it is really user friendly; never heard of Ravetree until I began working at The Bookkeeper. Wonderful tool to track and prioritize tasks.

The interface is very rich and intuitive, offers a clear and precise overview of the different results obtained. A free trial version is also available to enhance the user experience.

Ravetree feels like the perfect blend of being universal enough for the masses and customized for the individual peculiarities of a mid-market full-service advertising agency of 35 people (i.e. us).

At the time of this review, there was no public API, which for us is a deal-breaker.

Responsiveness of support team & customization. I love logging time to my timesheet directly from the kanban board.

In addition, Customer rep has consistently delivered the human element of a technology/subscription delivery and made it feel like we were a priority at each at every turn.

What Ravetree has going for it is management of the project along with progress against budget.

The lack of stability and the appalling support.

Ease of use and ability to ramp other team members easily.

User friendliness and ability to pinpoint projects easily and time associated with each. I also like being able to transition ownership based on the stage of the project.

It also has a pretty intuitive user experience. The kanban board is a useful feature and I like being able to see how many billable and non-billable hours I'm logging each day.

My overall experience with Ravetree is that What I could say is that the software is highly recommended, it has so many useful features for businesses.

Sometimes, getting alerts can be difficult. If you miss an email, you may miss an update or a tag in Ravetree.

It's a mystery why that aspect of PM is so neglected by many other apps.

The comment section of RT is where I spend most of my time. I love the ability to comment and tag people directly in a conversation.

I have trouble finding tasks that I have marked complete. If i don't know the specific name it's hard to find them.

The ability to upload file versions within the same upload and select which version you'd like to view. This keeps project files/uploads organized and helps us to easier find and look at versions.

Ability to import/export data to support integrations. Incredibly responsive support team and constant new features/improvements.

Ability to adjust resources in real time and see the impact is incredibly helpful. Built in filters, graphs and reports.

Some Reports and permission levels are missing or are limited and we've had to figure out workarounds.

The team are helpful and responsive to feedback; the tool is good and gets better every month.

Runn is super helpful to be able to adjust and forecast our project planning to see what capacity our staff is at at any given time.

It has been good, we're currently working on implementing the tool across the organization. The customer support has been helpful in getting our questions answered.

Ease of bringing people in and spotting when people will be free is essential. Project and functional reporting is straight forward and insightful.

The intuitiveness and ease of use are off the charts.

Simple entities, that fits all my neads. Great API, so that I can populate all my data with ease from another source.

The holistic planning view for product development is a little bit tricky to do.

We made the great decision to start using Runn in early 2021 and it has been a blessing. Easy to set up, customize and roll out to the different teams.

Powerful and feature rich, yet easy to understand and set up. Modelling my team, projects, and resourcing took a remarkably short time and prompted one or two very good questions I hadn't considered.

Runn provides the ability to plan and manage your workloads, but it also helps track the project's financials in a very easy and intuitive manner.

I would say that we're missing API features, but having public roadmap of planned features would be a plus.

Everything is built with care and it shows. Overall, I couldn't recommend it more.
