Pros/Cons
Pros
- User friendliness and ability to pinpoint projects easily and time associated with each. I also like being able to transition ownership based on the stage of the project.
- That it is really user friendly; never heard of Ravetree until I began working at The Bookkeeper. Wonderful tool to track and prioritize tasks.
- The ability to upload file versions within the same upload and select which version you'd like to view. This keeps project files/uploads organized and helps us to easier find and look at versions.
Cons
- I have trouble finding tasks that I have marked complete. If i don't know the specific name it's hard to find them.
- The lack of stability and the appalling support.
- It's a mystery why that aspect of PM is so neglected by many other apps.
Pros
- I have used several other software products over the years so have used both good and not so good ones, and I would thoroughly recommend SpiraPlan.
- It is a very stable and reliable piece of software. I find it great for managing tasks for staff working remote from the office.
- The support team at Inflectra is also top notch. Any time I had a question/issue, they were there to help in a quick and friendly manner.
Cons
- When lots of test cases are created the app gets sloppy and confused.
- It's a minor inconvenience: response time when first logging-in to the system is somewhat slow.
- The report generated is not as extensive is it should, some details are not readily included and no customization to the report seem can be done.
