That it is really user friendly; never heard of Ravetree until I began working at The Bookkeeper. Wonderful tool to track and prioritize tasks.

All employees can access up to date content in one simple place. Good visual representation of information.

The interface is very rich and intuitive, offers a clear and precise overview of the different results obtained. A free trial version is also available to enhance the user experience.

Ravetree feels like the perfect blend of being universal enough for the masses and customized for the individual peculiarities of a mid-market full-service advertising agency of 35 people (i.e. us).

At the time of this review, there was no public API, which for us is a deal-breaker.

Responsiveness of support team & customization. I love logging time to my timesheet directly from the kanban board.

In addition, Customer rep has consistently delivered the human element of a technology/subscription delivery and made it feel like we were a priority at each at every turn.

What Ravetree has going for it is management of the project along with progress against budget.

The lack of stability and the appalling support.

Ease of use and ability to ramp other team members easily.

User friendliness and ability to pinpoint projects easily and time associated with each. I also like being able to transition ownership based on the stage of the project.

It also has a pretty intuitive user experience. The kanban board is a useful feature and I like being able to see how many billable and non-billable hours I'm logging each day.

My overall experience with Ravetree is that What I could say is that the software is highly recommended, it has so many useful features for businesses.

Sometimes, getting alerts can be difficult. If you miss an email, you may miss an update or a tag in Ravetree.

It's a mystery why that aspect of PM is so neglected by many other apps.

The comment section of RT is where I spend most of my time. I love the ability to comment and tag people directly in a conversation.

I have trouble finding tasks that I have marked complete. If i don't know the specific name it's hard to find them.

The ability to upload file versions within the same upload and select which version you'd like to view. This keeps project files/uploads organized and helps us to easier find and look at versions.

It has become an indispensable tool. Recommend it to everyone.

We have now a Perfect timecontrol and the time we have to put into factoring.

The export of this, is easy and in the standard formats fast to realize. The dashboard is clearly arranged and offers all necessary functions.

If you press the buzzer, the time recording stops. If you want to continue working, you have to select the customer and the task again.

The easiness to switch between customers and jobs is just great.

We missed the integration to microsoft but work on it.

I think the costs are too high, regarding the fact, that the buzzer gets charged extra to the monthly subsciption.

Easy to handle, good overview. Easy to create invoices for customers.

It is very easy to use, even the setup of new projects/customers can be done easily and without any help. A good tool to get an overview of the time spent on different activities/projects.

TimeBuzzer helped me to find out how much time i really invest into my projects and can therefore plan and monitor much better. Would recommend to just try it out and see for oneself.

I miss the function to erase instead of archive sessions.

I'm very much happy and its a worth of money. Recommend this software to others who are really suffered to find out the accurate time tracking software.

timeBuzzer is a cloud-based time tracking software. With timeBuzzer, users can create up to three layers/categories that they can name as they wish. This allows them to truly customize their workflows and doesn't limit them to just clients and projects like most other time tracking software.

timeBuzzer comes with a unique desktop app that can be controlled using an optional hardware button optimized for this use case. Touching the buzzer opens the app, turning the buzzer helps navigate through clients/projects and pressing the buzzer will start or stop time.
