My most recommended tool
My life is transformed. I no longer find myself resetting every other week and I rarely suffer the overwhelm which used to be my constant companion.
PROSI was flipping between Notion, Airtable and Clickup but found that with these very flexible systems things always fell into chaos. I then spent a month testing every alternative, Trello, ToDoist - you name it.And then I found Upbase. It was as if they made it just for me. The blend of functionality and aesthetics is witchcraft.
CONSNothing not to like really. If I had to pick one thing it would be that they allowed for the embedding of more document types in the Docs module.

The simple fact that there are constraints in all the right places. No bloat - just the right tings in the right place.

Project management tool to consider
I think Upbase is a great tool for individuals and small teams who want to manage their projects effectively and efficiently.
PROSUpbase is a unique project management tool that combines powerful simplicity with personal productivity features.
CONSUpbase does not have many integrations with other popular tools, such as Slack, Google Drive, or Dropbox. You can only embed Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides in Upbase, and sync your tasks with Google Calendar.

Had potential... Not anymore
It has potential, but i now believe that it was a "money grab". No one is really looking after peoples concerns.
PROSThe promises of making it a good system. It had a lot of potential and i bought into it.
CONSBad support. "Kid on" roadmap where nothing is followed up.

My base for writing articles
I was looking for an all-in-one tool that permits me to centralized all my needs for writing an article. For example, photos, videos, links. I can create the draft of my article easily. I have the possibility to assign and plan tasks related to this. This tool is recent and really promising.
PROSI love to have one application to centralize all my needs for writing my articles.I can easily have my files, docs, notes, calendar and tasks dedicated for one project.
CONSI am waiting for an offline mode, the iPad app version and word / character counting for a page.

Evernote UI/UX is more difficult to handle, and I don't have a task management with kanban view.

Love Upbase to manage all me projects
I have tried many project management tools before (and who hasn't ), but this one is the one that has REALLY helped me keep all my projects organized and stay on top of everything. I got to understand it and work with it in no time, and I like how simple the interface is, and even though they keep adding features at a good pace, they always find ways to integrate them so the interface remains simple and easy to understand. I use it every day and overall I really like how this software works; it is fast, and the organization suits me very well. It is easy to collaborate with team members, organize my week in different views, add and organize projects, add colorful tags to organize tasks across projects, link tasks and documents as "related" items, and use the convenient bar at the bottom to add tasks, documents, and more for easy access. I really enjoy using Upbase and I am very happy that I found it. Every time I had to contact customer support to report small bugs or ask questions, they got back to me promptly and replied kindly.
CONSIt is a young platform, and even if it is fully-featured, well-thought-out, and easy to use, you can sometimes encounter a small bug here and there that makes some things a bit more complicated than necessary. But, in general, they are fast to fix them. One thing I really don't like is the chat feature, I think it would need to be redone completely.

Upbase Best CRM
