"The task tracking tools are another highlight—Gantt charts, boards, and detailed task views make it easy to see what’s happening and where things stand. Once I got comfortable with the interface, I found it surprisingly efficient for organizing complex work, especially when multiple people or departments are involved."

"As the lead for our PMO team, Wrike is absolutely essential — I genuinely can’t imagine managing our workload without it (our team of 4 has about 100 Wrike requests in each of our queue at all times) —Wrike keeps our plans, owners, timelines, and day-to-day execution organized in one place so we can work efficiently and stay aligned."

"Request forms, blueprints and automations - these help to standardize request intake process, direct requests to the corresponding teams and automate notifications."

"Calendar - I amazingly cannot see all the different projects and the due dates pers project. Since we use blueprints to have repeatable projects, we aren't going to rename every task, and can only show the task name, not project, is due on each day."

"I find it to be one of the least helpful search features of any app I use - it definitely needs more filter options for specific phrases, to narrow it down to specific projects or folders, eliminate by task status, filter by author, with/without attachments, etc."

"In addition, many of the more advanced automation capabilities are not user-facing and require access to backend API data, making them less accessible to non-technical users and limiting self-service automation."
