- I can easily add all of my properties, customize them and add little details about them. The customer support is fantastic and the set up team was dynamo.
- Quickens response time allowing us to address tenant issues with a greater sense of urgency. The Landport customer service team is only an email or phone call away and always very helpful.
Cons
- It is too hard for them to read and fill it out on their phones.
- Our team had difficulty accessing landport from their blackberrys/mobile devices. Managers need to regularly review open work orders and either close out or reassign.
Pros
- Having everything at your fingertips is pretty amazing. The functionality and clean lines of the software make navigation a breeze.
- I like the direction the vendor is taking the platform and the significant investment they are making in improvements and enhancements.
Cons
- In the event that an issue worsens and requires immediate assistance, it can be virtually impossible to get back to the individual already aware of the case.
- The work order system is a pain. There are too many screens to go through and it really isn't necessary for the size of our staff.
