  • Pros

  • Knowledge database is excellent, among best in class that I've used. ETL functionality has been helpful for mass updates, and user management is easy once you get the hang of it.
  • Once i understood what I couldn't update/change as an admin, my experience has been very pleasant and also easy to explain to SOX auditors.
  • It has been a good experience, we have not yet been able to integrate the automation of payments, but it is a software that has helped us in our database.
  • Cons

  • Can be a little difficult to navigate. I had no training with the software and I had to play around with it a little to find the information I was looking for.
  • We really did not see a benefit, it was a waste of time to have my team chase down dead contacts and contacts that were gone.
  • Brokers don't always update the listings or they purposely leave off information. Cold calling is still a thing with this software, it just gives you a base and a prep before your call in my opinion.

  • Helps with walk in reservation and also helps with price adjustment over the weekdays / weekends. Overall I had a limited but good experience with this tool.
  • Love the software, used for a long time and great for my staff compared to other products.
  • All the data points , endless reports , great value and quick to run , multi layered and great for different functions the front desks and staff need to use and for management to review.
  • Cons

  • The interface is not working pop ups are very annoying and freeze the software which forces me to close the whole system down.
  • Their customer service sucks, one of the worst. Took away so many functionalities that we could do here, so that they can charge us to do it themselves.
  • However its too depended on Internet and IT staffs. Its difficult for other departments when having trouble with IT staffs not available.
