Had the solution less than 5 minutes and was tricked into signing up, customer service is the worst and their policies are terrible.

Ease of use, great on the budget and does for a little bit of money what more expensive CRMs boast about.

Overall, one of the best CRM's I have used. From the login, you can see the progress of the client.

Next My FIRST MMS  a hello to my contact list. I made a mistake as I was under the impression that I had 1000 it was only 100 mms.

So many features for a great price. The interface is easy to learn, and come back to after a few days on non-use.

Their inability to follow through almost got me in trouble with my realtor board. There system was sending messages with my name attached to a client that wasn’t in my contact list.

It has all the bells and whistles that you look for in a CRM. The price is super reasonable as well.

Texting  and email is great, this will help us make.

The how-to articles and videos don't match what's online so the learning curve is huge. There was no glossary to figure out what the different terms mean, and the terms were very confusing.

It is been very positive, This definitely helps my business to be larger and more efficient.

Liondesks features sound like great user friendly features, in theory.

When leads come in from FB they go straight into a custom text/email campaign and don't fall through the cracks. The platform is clean and easy to navigate and I like the format a lot.

I don't like the fact I have to pay Zapier to link my email to Liondesk in order to store/record email responses.

I know most CRM sites track opens/clicks/etc... but what I love about Liondesk is that it is easy to see my daily opens on one screen. So easy to use and the price is lower than most CRM companies.

Using Lion Desk for 2 months, great platform. Not perfect, but is the best option if you work as a single agent.

It's an easy to use program with a nice website, great customer service.

I have had a software problem for over a month. I can't move tenants in or out and can't edit leases without my browser locking up.

The tenant portals failed to link up with the software. You can't add any other income categories other than rent received and late fees.

I really liked this software and it was a close second to Rentec Direct.

I was once told that I had to pay for your bookkeeper to find an error I made...luckily I was able to find the problem and fix.

This and the massive price increase for next year has made me decide to switch software providers for 2020.

The fees they charge for online rent payments is ridiculously high for the price of the software we already pay for. Their turn around for releasing payment to us is ridiculous.
