Easy to use - great investment for my properties.

The Lodgable software is intuitive and provides an easy roadmap to getting my rental booked on various rental-booking sites. Customer support was ready to help with any question I might have.

The site is clean and easy to navigate. The pricing is fantastic, nothing beats free.

Uploading process could be slightly more streamlined. Other than that, no real qualms with the software.

It's easy to use, and it's a brilliant concept. It saves so much time over having to list a rental on dozens of different sites and then trying to keep all the bookings and calendars organized.

Nice place to aggregate the major players in the industry, it is always nice to see that I do not have to go and list items on every search engine, but still get the benefits of many engines.

Lodgable gets me more bookings and their customer service is great. The dashboard is super friendly and magazine reservations is a breeze.

I love the ability to post a listing once and have it show up on over 60 different sites.

Bottom line is we wasted multiple months and thousands of dollars of revenue and computer worker hours.

The worst customer service that a company could have.

It's making it so easy to just have everyday booked for my property. I don't know why everybody doesn't just use this.

Free [but money collection is done thru lodgable and then transferred to client. Enables to have the same price on all channels.

By the way, we never had dashboard or email _notifications_ of a cancelled reservation.

After all of this occurred, Lodgable then charged us their commission. And charged the commission on another cancelled reservation.

Don't recommend the company at this stage of their growth.

The user experience is enjoyable, great visuals and graphics give it a clean crisp look. Reading through the Success Stories and seeing their listings on different sites is all the explanation I need.

The Lodgable site and software are easy to navigate. I was able to find answers to all my questions, and the price (free) can’t be beat.

We would receive a notification from the channel that a reservation was fraudulent, and Lodgable would not have that recorded or noted in anyway in their system (seemed like the status did not exist).

This allows for easy multi platform postings. The site is easy to navigate and the customer service was fast.

I have had a software problem for over a month. I can't move tenants in or out and can't edit leases without my browser locking up.

The tenant portals failed to link up with the software. You can't add any other income categories other than rent received and late fees.

I really liked this software and it was a close second to Rentec Direct.

I was once told that I had to pay for your bookkeeper to find an error I made...luckily I was able to find the problem and fix.

This and the massive price increase for next year has made me decide to switch software providers for 2020.

The fees they charge for online rent payments is ridiculously high for the price of the software we already pay for. Their turn around for releasing payment to us is ridiculous.

Everything is great about the product. The support team is great.

The time frame for online payments, to your company or owner, is at least 5 days and if there is a mistake, you can add an additional 5 days to your process.

So far loving it and the customer support is just as good if not better than the reviews stated.

It really is relatively simple to learn, very simple to use, and support has been awesome.

Good place to store information on tenants and good email capabilities. Good price but may be worth it to get Pro.

No customization, very limited reporting, doesn't have bank reconciliation reports, extremely limited GL codes.

I like that it has the option for Schedule E, and I haven't had a long enough time to analyze it but I like that it has the feature and option to do so.

There’s a bunch of reports and I love how they’re so easy to run. At the end of the month, I can quickly send out owner statements.

What I liked about the software was easy to learn. I looked at several types of software, this product was the best priced, easiest to learn & offered Full Customer Service.

I appreciated the support team. They were usually very responsive.

Have not had it a long time but much easier to use then other brand I had. Support has been very good.

Also, a system that should be a good fit for any size person or company and with room to expand. The integration of the Trans Union credit/criminal history site is a huge plus as well.

I switched to Buildium and have been very happy with their product and system.

I chose Rentec Direct because of the maintenance capability, rent paying and marketing aspects that was a good fit for our portfolio.

At first I found it difficult because it was too simple.
