It is usually pretty easy to use, and all the information is generally easily accessible. The support team are A-1 thank you.

I find Palace to have everything required to run an efficient property management business. Has great reports for both tenants and owners.

The layout of the platform is quite user friendly.

I enjoy using Palace software and after having used other systems, it is my preferred option. Easy to use and navigate.

We also like that fact that you can open another tab to work in another area, always useful when needing to double check something and not have to leave the current tab.

The banking side of it is so easy and referring back to things to check has been very straight forward and easily assessible.

This is a very user friendly software which is cloud based and will hopefully soon integrate with  accounting software such as Xero.

Very easy to use, intuitive system and thought through processes. Continually working on creating connections that save time and allow us to function a good rent roll.

You can just navigate and process everything faster with Live. I'm positive there's way more I can learn , but I'm happy with the system.

To start off with was all a bit mind blowing on what it could offer and without the right support there from early on was wondering if i would ever figure out how to use it.

Easy to use, simple interface. Integrates well with API's form other software providers and allows for simple trust account management.

Landlords complaining about how they can’t read the statements I’m unsure why as it doesn’t take a rocket scientist to read them but we get lots of complaints.

If you can't there's always customer support there to help you.

I like the ease of certain features such as using the reports, invoicing, daily banking.

Missing some big corporate features. And the cloud based variant still has some bugs in it that need ironing out.

I've only had it live for a couple weeks so I'd rather no respond as yet as I'm still getting used to it.

The problem with this software is that I have to learn a new programme, always a challenge.

The feature missing is rent due to vacate doesn't show up when you entering the banking. But later on it will say the tenant is overpaid.

Very easy to use and as the owner of the company it does everything i need it to right from doing an inspection to the financial side.

The product is beautiful and has a VERY modern feel — especially in comparison to everything else in the storage industry.

Very positive experience and not frustrating to work with. Basically sat down and in a couple of days could move pretty smoothly thru the software.

Installation and training were very good. Again, Technical both for the Management Software and Website have been outstanding.

It has great automated reminders for not only the user but the customer as well. It has had recent improvements that allow for a seamless transition in moving and transferring tenants.

My only complaint at the moment is that WordPress has not been integrated yet.

If a move out is done by mistake, there is no way to reverse it and you have to have the customer come back and redo all the paperwork.

The experiences with the support staff has been nothing short of superb; they are very helpful and prompt to resolve any issues. The program is easy to use and really easy to understand.

It is a SAD day when capitalism and competition simply disappears because of one large company who's goal is only to make more money.

And we were correct and able to reduce employment costs. The help getting professional websites set up was fantastic as well.

Autopay with credit card billing. And with our website integration, their tenant portal is very useful.

The Customer Support and being able to call in to help get through unique items. I also like the web is integrated with the software.

Great integrated capabilities:  Price management, pay on line,  mail house and excellent document management. It is extremely simple to manage the day to day operations and the reports are excellent.

Great automated record keeping as well, including recording phone calls, allowing you to follow up easily on leads. Great value for the money.

Their word processing function is difficult to use and requires the use of third party software to format which itself is challenging and produces poor results.

I love how user friendly the software is to manage and navigate. Everything i need to run my office efficiently and effectively comes in this software.

It was so easy to change from a different software to storedge and it is super simple to train new employees on.

The reporting features are good but would like to see more customization in reporting. Overall, I feel we get a great value for the money.

The feature I found to be the most useful is the search field because it searches the entire program for whatever you type in the search box.

My favorite thing about working with storEDGE is the ability to work with their amazing customer service. If I ever have a question or need some assistance, they are right there.

In my personal opinion the only negative about store edge i am unable to customize to customize the colors and layouts.
