  • Pros

  • Logic also extends to how the data is to be entered. From a lease abstract/capture aspect, minimal training involved in order to use MRI ProLease.
  • It is very user friendly. If I have ever needed help, tech support is very quick at getting me the answers I need.
  • Cons

  • There seemed to be a general confusion on who was supposed to do what next on the clients end. In addition, our extensions are supposed to be 5 numbers not 4.

  • Simplicity, clarity, excellent customer support, cost effective. Should have gone with re-leased from the start.
  • The implementation and support staff are attentive and ready to provide assistance if you are ever in need. It's a great software with a great team behind it.
  • Cons

  • Limited ways to learn the software, we had our knowledge passed down form staff member to staff member, with knowledge being lost as staff left.
  • No access to software from my smartphone or pad.
