Easy to use and a very useful software. Captures all what you need from your Lease and other documents.

I love the aggregation, I love the generated stacking plan (but its not printable) and I love the searchability and abstracting of leases. Also the reporting functions (also could be improved).

It interrupts the flow, especially when I'm reviewing multiple leases (which I do).

Bulk downloads of lease data was not something that could be done in the earlier versions, and they have not corrected this. As such, there are no real issues that I have with the software any longer.

I love the lease of finding details in lease documents.

Stacking plan, we have 2 different towers in one portfolio and it looks very confusing.

Overall its excellent and has been a huge timesaver for me and the team.

I want to be able to , from the page I am on, report the error on the interface and have it routed to the right person who will follow up.

I really like Prophia in concept. It is easy to access quickly and delivers reports without waiting for downloads.

The lease abstract feature is so helpful. Not only does it call out all of the critical dates, but it also links you to where that data is found in the applicable lease or amendment.

One feature is that when I click on a document, a new browser tab opens up and I end up having several tabs open which becomes difficult to navigate.

Prophia is able to abstract our leases at a high rate and then we are able to go into the software and find key data points quickly with high confidence they are accurate.

It keeps all of our projects and jobs totally organized and it gives us a snapshot of profitability of each job. The other think is the ease of use.

How wonderful that you say, it would be great if this could happen and within a month or two the change has been made. The customer service is also second to none.

Offering the ability to customize everything from sale order documents to emails. Allowing customizations in the processing of sales orders, invoices, and items.

Very little on this system I don't like. One minor thing that was an issue is the fact that item lines on sales orders could not be moved around.

She patiently worked with me to investigate and  come up with a solution for me. The people at Striven are the best part.

Unlike Quickbooks, Striven has a great customer service support team to help with your setup and any future needs. We do have some additional customizations that we would like to see in Striven.

Ultimately the best value provided by Striven is their personnel. The customer service of Striven is excellent.

Their customer support team has real people responding to your questions and they have great response time and are always happy to help.

The different departments worked very well together to pass along information that had been given so that our company did not have to constantly repeat information for the integration.
