Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • The software is very user friendly and very flexible. The reporting is fantastic as well.

  • It saves time and allows me to communicate with multiple people at one time. It's easy to use and access from multiple devices and locations.

  • Cons

  • The fact that it is very flexible is a blessing and a curse. It gives our users too many ways to do something and we lose consistency in process.

  • It can get a little buggy and time out on you but that's rare and the problem usually goes away fast.

  • Pros

  • Calendar view is comfortable to use and gives good overview.

  • Clear setup and user interface. Logical menus and easy to use, add quotes and people or files. Also, the mobile app is great.

  • Cons

  • It's getting better but it can be a bit confusing to use. It's a good tool but it takes some getting use to. Their team is also in Europe which can cause delays in response.

  • Sometimes there are too many ways to do the same thing but it's generally easy to click about to find the best version for your individual requirements.
