I love how organized the software is. There are so many intricate components, and the sections allow us to categorize the work flow better.

The flow of the work stream and lack of process is annoying. It's difficult to map to a current customer retention process.

Its been problematic and terrible since the beginning. We will be switching in short order.

You can add more than 1 candidate record more than once which means that there is a data redundancy. This should be avoided at all costs.

I like it's ability to track and log activity and it's ease of reporting. I know what my call count is at all times and the number of calls I need to make to hit my number.

The communication was poor- their billing team are based in the US and there was no acknowledgement of the mistake. My initial consultant chased them down for me, and advised me of their error.

Integrates with a lot of other software we use like TextUs, Herefish, LinkedIn, LinkedIn Jobs, etc. We also like that it has a lot of capability and functionality, more than other ATS's I have used.

I love Bullhorn to maintain my talent pool and inventory. This is a great way of saving candidate Data and then accessing it whenever we need it.

The speed (or lack thereof) when loading each screen is terrible. The support staff can access your data without your knowledge.

They then continue to expect payments to be made to them and will make contact regularly to make demands, while completely ignoring and refusing to act on the unresolved issues.

Bullhorn provides the utmost ATS, we can easily keep a track of the candidates and the scrutinization becomes easy with the desired keywords set. The user interface of the software is also good.

I have trouble with looking at everything and staying organized with those functions.

Its OK, better than others out there but has a long way to go before we'd consider it perfect.

The customer service is horrible - honestly the worst I've ever seen.

User friendly to those who have worked with applicant tracking systems or CRMs. Good integration with other systems.

I enjoyed the reminder emails that would automatically be sent every week to remind me to enter and submit my time. It was also great to be able to see all previous weeks' hours and history.

Because there are so many types of one function, it becomes too cluttered and difficult to use. The quick access is lacking with this system and the pricing did not sit right with me at all.

I can't think of anything that is really annoying.

We like that MoBerries is easily integrable into our ATS - this is done per an API.

When rejecting a candidate, the list of features is very long and need to scroll down.

Great experience, simple in use and the customer service supports your every need very timely.

The new rejection system is a bit time consuming, especially when you have to reject many applications.

Easy to use- great for interns and junior positions.

All in all it is Great to copare the actual position/role requirements with the candidates qualifications.

The matching score helps to prioritize candidates and proceed with hiring faster. It is a nice addition to the standard tools used in HR.

Furthermore, the quality of candidates is quite good, we already hired a couple of people through this channel. Their customer service is extraordinary and is quick to help with any kind of request.

I like that is posts job adds online, generates excellent HIGH quality candidates. I would rather have 1 or 2 candidates than 20 bad ones and 1 good one in there.

No candidate funnel or at least a list of the intros/matches for each job posting.

I have been looking for months using alternative channels and my network. Super glad to have found the perfect candidate through Moberries.
