The cost was similar to other systems but we're very happy with the level of customer support that they have offered, as well as the ease of using the system itself.

Please overhaul your authorization form, specifically, when it comes to candidates in the Fargo, ND area and finding collection facilities, they get an error message each time.

Also, please track pending drug tests better, specifically from third-party testers.

I also enjoy the integration with Paycor, the fact that it is easy to navigate, and the timely response from customer service.

Easy to enter information, follow the status, & read the results.

Easy to use system, updates/status are easy to read and decipher, the CSM for Defy Security is extremely responsive to all inquiries.

I like the short turn around time of it. I usually have to fill positions fast so I like that I can give supervisor's assurance that it will take between 2-3 days to clear.

Quantiferon TB lab results takes weeks sometimes to get back. But, this may be a lab error and not assurehire.

I was confused because I got two requests since the person held two positions with us.

The criminal check description is not clear. For example,  I am Ukrainian and live now in the UK.

It didn't say which company was asking for the reference in the email request or during the reference check so that was a bit confusing.

Could easily write an opinion of a former employee when asked for.
