Time Saving - Amazing Customer Service/Tech Support.

The trial period was lengthy and cost-effective, which allowed my managers to take ample time in testing the functionality across multiple groups to ensure it was a best fit.

I liked the compartmentalization of notes, video, etc, it was easy to multitask and stay engaged with the process.

Ease of use and dependability,  it has made the process so easy and anytime something has to be changed, it is a seamless process.

It is very dependable and I do enjoy the ease of use.

I love how easy it is to use. Even things that seem somewhat intricate, their customer service is great and they're always there to help you.

I had great experience, and considering that I am very demanding person, I was happy with the application and costumer service we received.

Its filters new applicants, it needs to show the applicants scores on the front page and it needs an fired button.

We were limited in the number of people that we could conduct phone interviews with, so our process relied very heavily on resume screening.

I really like that that the process for the applicant and recruiter can be customized to our specifications from start to finish.

They are hard to fault and I've used lots of systems.

I love the automatic scheduling, video call option and ratings integration.

No need for custom coding in most cases. The company listens to their customer needs/Feedback and adjust/upgrade the product roadmap accordingly.

Since day one, our Account Manager has been very helpful and always friendly and understanding. If we have a problem, we don't have to wait longer than a few days to get it resolved.

Our version doesn't sync neatly with our applicant tracking system.

Their platform is very robust. It integrates video interviewing.

It is also cost efficient making it affordable for organizations with a limited budget to purchase.

Easy to implement, great training that is hands on and personalised not just a video to follow, a human being interacts with you to understand the process and flow you want.

This product was very easy to use and the most effective program in conducting video interviews.

The wide array of features for interviewing makes accommodating each interviewee's needs and the hiring manager's needs easy.

Some features and processes don't feel intuitive or logical. This makes somethings hard to design and/or implement.

Multiple people from my org are involved in the recruiting process, and Vidcruiter makes it easy to keep everyone on the same page. The time-saving features also allow me to do more with my day.

No integration with Salesforce/Jobscience, but I know they are working on it.

I would definitely recommend Zinc to my network.

Zinc is very easy to use once you get the hang of how things work. I also love the fact that you can text the references instead of calling them.

As someone who had to reply to the request it was very easy to use. The questions were very straight forward  which made it easy to respond.

Unlike other reference checks and background checks,Zinc was very reliable and informed user at every stage and what is expected and what can be done to complete each stage. This was very encouraging.

Kept kicking me off/ saying there were errors, but it all went through in the end.

Furthermore, it creates questions ahead of time to help you really focus on communicating what is necessary.

The only negative that I can pinpoint - emails being mandatory fields for references.

Excellent I wrote and sent the reference in 5 minutes.

Customer service was excellent an issue was resolved efficiently by Conrad.

We're using it to reference between first and second interview. I was worried about candidate pushback but haven't really received any.

I was confused because I got two requests since the person held two positions with us.

User interface is very friendly and secure to use.

The process behind sending and recieving information was superb.

Not possible to upload Edoc format fir criminal background Certification that was previously signed.

The criminal check description is not clear. For example,  I am Ukrainian and live now in the UK.

The interface is very refreshing and easy to understand. The questions are well designed, very direct and specific.

The support has been outstanding, every minor issue receives prompt attention and we had total support during setup.

There were a couple of review questions where the options in answer were rather limited (eg there was no option for 'First time user' when asked how often do you use Zinc.

As a user, the ease of entering my details and the speed at which my checks were complete were amazing.

Easy to integrate, feels quick and easy for those filling out references, which can be a long and thankless task, clear, simple design and easy to integrate into the business.

Easy to use, very responsive and helpful customer service that are always ready to help. Easy to keep track of the who, what and when of the different checks that we request.

It didn't say which company was asking for the reference in the email request or during the reference check so that was a bit confusing.

Could easily write an opinion of a former employee when asked for.

The platform is very user friendly, with no set up fees to use which is great. The checks themselves seem very comprehensive and quite fast, and the reports are easy to read and understand.

Customisable, easy to integrate with current tooling, great UX for our users.
