Feature Rich Support System for a Great Price.

Configuring the product for things such as user grouping and admin roles was easy in some regards, but could also be cumbersome navigating the areas to make these configurations.

It's very stable, customizable, and easy to use and understand. Most updated and changes are only a few clicks and they're done.

The follow up is also a welcome benefit. We reviewed more than a few products and GWI has met every expectation.

Active directory integration is a huge plus and allows the end user to open tickets with minimal input.

The good thing about it is that this is not just a one person opinion, most of the IT members likes its ease of use. Just a small Link on SharePoint or pushed to the desktops and anyone in the Org.

The application is fully customizable to fit your business needs. The product consistently gets better and better with each release and the customer support is outstanding.

The minimal training we recieved was thorough. The help and online help is excellent and very well written.

Integrating with Outlook and other 3rd party tools. Overall attractive User Interface.

Customer support was very helpful though. It was easy to lose track of tickets for follow ups and think they could make a better interface for this area.

I love the new rep interface which has dashboards so that I can graphically see the numbers and kinds of help tickets out there. I love the email notifications of new tickets, updates, etc.

Fairly intuitive and easy to customize views. Good automation options for workflow notifications.

The PC scan feature is amazing, incredibly useful utility. Numerous Reporting options.

When you have hundreds of devices, sorting them is very difficult unless you have tons of time to customize.

Our company has many ticketing platforms and for our user base, this was an inexpensive and easy to implement tool.

The user-facing portal is ugly and very difficult to manage.

Moreover, they have not updated their install manual since about version 8 or so, they are now on ver 17. I have trouble with most upgrades.

I was part of the team to implement the product and found it really easy. Now that we have been working on it for 4 months I can see all of the benefits offered.

It was easy to set up and you have all the functionality of computer remoted into, including the ability to print to a printer at either location.

This is great for me working at home, with actually taking my computer home.

It does what it says and has a lot of options for cloud storage. Fair price & full-featured.

If Cloudberry plans to monetize on this product via monthly/annual subscriptions, I would be willing to pay for this product as long as it is significantly cheaper than TeamViewer.

I know that is a free software but if i need top performance CPU to use this app it is difficult to use it as a tech support tool. Simple setup was a plus.

Fantastic, much better than teamviewer and ammy. Offers more security and very user friendly.

Good to see encryption is the default for unattended as well. The UI is quite good and uncluttered.

I am using cloudberry remote to conect to my customers pcs and offering support without a hefty price tag.

Need a platform that was fast and quick to learn. This fits the bill perfectly.

Ease of connection and secure features are the best features. Very simple and intuitive.

Amazing product, i was looking forsomething like this. I mean when you compare this to something like teamviewer which is so astronomically overpriced.

I noticed it sometimes stops responding and needs to logout - login again.

Secure and Regularly Updated Freeware with Great Functionality.

I used Teamviewer until they wanted an outrageous amount of money for use of their software. CloudBerry Remote Assistant does most of what I need it to do.

Work fine and easy to use looks clean and seems fast.

The only thing lacking that we need is file transfer. I heard that is coming so we anxiously await that enhancement.

The features it is missing are already in the works.

So i believe that this problem is in app design and won't be solved in near future.

I am eager to try the Android product as most of the friends & family that I supply remote support to, are all Android users.

Excellent Remote Connection Tool for Small Businesses.

There are adequate features built in,  for the level of support that I need to offer, however this is as yet not known if this application needs to be scaled up.

We access the office computer remotely once or twice a month. It is nice to have software that is free because of the lack of frequency it's used.

Love that this is replacing Teamviewer for me. Interface is simple for simple remote connections.

You can exchange files between computers. Super secure with optional enforcement of encryption keys.

The only 2 complaints I have are the fact that the list of recent connections is just that; a list.
