The contact of reporters and bloggers information isn't always up to date. The UI of the list builder function can be difficult to use.

Our news feels seen - in the best way possible - and feels like we have a very effective partner in Cision.

I use Cision on a daily basis to reach out to the media with brand press releases. It is reliable and very user friendly.

The ability to live track press releases is a huge deal and presented in a clean easy to use dashboard.

We save research time and can build a contact list with ease.

I found that it was too difficult and awkward to use effectively, it took ages to produce lists and filtering them was complicated.

It has always been 'on top of things. I always felt it was innovative and did a good job of gathering media data.

The PR is not always up to date and can be limited once you start to drill down.

I've always found the customer service there to be incredibly friendly and helpful.

Even though we had multiple phone calls and screen-share meeting with the representatives, we somehow misunderstood the basic features and how they were carried out.

I love that the system automatically integrates a new email into the contacts this way I capture all new customers. Also the ease of sending email for feedback.

It was pretty easy to use and that is just about it. I do like that it takes the email address out of your email and adds it into Mia.

I like the part where the Mia system makes sure you are not over sending messages and campaings. Making sure our customers have a chance to review our services is a nice feature.

You also have to make sure you go through the contact list on a regular basis to keep everything up to date and to delete spam contacts that come through.

It’s a great way to increase your reviews on google or different social media platforms. It is super easy to setup and anyone can use it.

The simplicity of the Google Adwords reporting they created has been VERY helpful for me as a small business owner to better understand what's working and what's not.

Mia is great at sending automatic emails and follow ups at a rate that people like and will open. The call integration is a great feature as well.

Signpost is brilliant with their help they provide. It is like have an additional department in your business you can ring when you are in the weeds and there they are quickly with all the answers.
