Uploading video files can be slow. Disappointed that it doesn't support all files types as we were told.

It is really uncomfortable. And that is why I  suggest you to add search panel on Instagram page in Percolate.

Great Platform to Manage Community Management.

I hate that when a piece has missed its publishing time, it vanishes from the calendar. You cannot use the tagging feature on Facebook due to privacy issues, but that really slows down my work.

I also have problems with posting from Percolate to Facebook because I worry the videos won't work as well if posted through Percolate.

Having all platforms on one screen at my fingertips and the ability to switch brands quickly and easily.

Composing and scheduling posts is a breeze, and the customer service and support is best-in-class; always timely, friendly, and helpful.

It's capabilities to help organize contents to improve brands visibility and also following is topnotch. I enjoyed using all its features.

The platform really helps to streamline my daily sweeps and gives me great visibility to track all of our social channels efficiently.

Also being able to visually see all of the posts are amazing. It keeps me up to date on planning.

I like that I can comment to the producer in Percolate and not have to email them directly. This is very helpful in saving time in communicating wit the teams that I work with.

It was also easy to use and made it easy to sign on to the platform and work in it without doing extensive training beforehand. It is also a great organization tool for content.

They'll threaten to sue you and blah blah blah. Not sure if we are going to pay them or sue for breach.

Pricing for the Ultimate plan strikes me as excessive. I have my clients on the Professional pan.

It can be a little intimidating at first but those more you delve into the many options, the more familiar it becomes.

Overall, Yext is great with an active subscription. Once cancelled, basically starting from ground zero w/ the previous directories.

About five years ago they had a fantastic sales person who provided tons of support and made sure things were quickly resolved.

It is easy to add locations, citations are built VERY quickly, customization abilities for each location are really nice too.

Support is very helpful during setup phase and the interface of the tool is very easy to use.

Poor customer service, especially during the Covid period.

We love the platform because it is easy to use and does not require daily monitoring.

After you pay the money, customer service is horrible.

Price is kind of high, but their service is worth it. Their support is really great and responsive too.

We have been able to save time and allow our clients proper NAP across all platforms that Yext pushes to. I look forward to more integrations in the future.

For the price, I just don't see the value, the vast majority of the search engines and directories they list are useless, especially for small businesses.

I love how many directories are associated w/ Yext. When the subscription is live, this boosts SEO tremendously.

BUT...Yext makes it a thousand times easier. The user interface is very user friendly, the customer support is amazing and the results speak for themselves.

They are always there to help and the software is easy to navigate.

It's direct API connections into the various publishers ensure that our client's updates get published within seconds.

Overall it's been a pretty good experience. I just wish we could show them how their map listing is improving since signing on with Yext.

I've used Yext for over a decade with both for-profit and nonprofit businesses. I think of it as the great teacher and a perfect first step for small businesses.

Accounts on many external platforms can be easily integrated into Yext, which helps ensure information is always consistent and saves time.

Being able to manage 60 plus local directories from what one dashboard. I also liked the intelligent search feature as well as knowledge tags.

Social posting is limited to Google - this tool lacks in the social media management department.
