Even though we had multiple phone calls and screen-share meeting with the representatives, we somehow misunderstood the basic features and how they were carried out.

I love that the system automatically integrates a new email into the contacts this way I capture all new customers. Also the ease of sending email for feedback.

It was pretty easy to use and that is just about it. I do like that it takes the email address out of your email and adds it into Mia.

I like the part where the Mia system makes sure you are not over sending messages and campaings. Making sure our customers have a chance to review our services is a nice feature.

Automated review system  was good and saved me from having to follow up with customers.

I explained to them that my company is suffering and we are months away from going out of business pleading with them to do the right thing and reverse the charge.

I also had Signpost set up and manage a Facebook/Instagram ad which was very successful and helped me have my best holiday season yet. Great product, great staff.

It was waste of money and time. They don’t understand the home inspection business.

You also have to make sure you go through the contact list on a regular basis to keep everything up to date and to delete spam contacts that come through.

It’s a great way to increase your reviews on google or different social media platforms. It is super easy to setup and anyone can use it.

The customer support reps have been very gracious and helpful.

The simplicity of the Google Adwords reporting they created has been VERY helpful for me as a small business owner to better understand what's working and what's not.

Mia is great at sending automatic emails and follow ups at a rate that people like and will open. The call integration is a great feature as well.

I canceled with them three weeks before the end of my contracted time. Did there stupid cancelation appointment hoop they require and then was still charged an additional full month.

Signpost is brilliant with their help they provide. It is like have an additional department in your business you can ring when you are in the weeds and there they are quickly with all the answers.

I feel spammy when SP is doing it’s thing. Some of my customers get annoyed too.

We were confused disappointed after signing the contract and not realizing the issues until during the onboarding process.

The staff and their support, the are very responsive and offer good suggestions for how to communicate with clients and develop loyalty.

We like how it populates to our website. Birdeye  sends any reports on how successful we are on Google, Facebook and Yelp.

I love the fast communication. It's nice to be able to live chat with people, way quicker than texting.

I've had a great experience and again do appreciate the fact that they're swift to help with any problems.

The problems with aggregation of reviews/responses to various other platforms (Yelp, Apts.com, aptRating) can be a bit concerning when reviewing your actions with clients.

Ease of use; Ability to run SMS and/or Email campaigns; Robust campaign customization; Integration with multiple review channels.

It is also great to have our patients give such great reviews, although we can't always make people happy its good to hear where we need improvement. I would highly recommend Birdeye for any business.

I also love that you can search back and see all the conversations that you've ever had with them and search key words/phrases that is very helpful.

This software works seamlessly with my practice software. It is extremely user friendly.

The customer support is one of the worst that we have ever dealt with.

It also has other helpful features like business listing management so your business listings are the same. You can also get their interactions product to help you connect with customers.

I understand the first year but after many years to trap you like this is horrible business practices.

Flexibility to integrate directly with many other platforms, customer service is really helpful within seemingly seconds of sending a question in.

I like that it's visually friendly. The dashboard is a great way to see an overview of everything happening, and where our company stands in each aspect.

Not connected to yelp so you will be alerted to a yelp review, but no automated response will be sent. Must log into yelp in order to respond.
