Even though we had multiple phone calls and screen-share meeting with the representatives, we somehow misunderstood the basic features and how they were carried out.

I love that the system automatically integrates a new email into the contacts this way I capture all new customers. Also the ease of sending email for feedback.

It was pretty easy to use and that is just about it. I do like that it takes the email address out of your email and adds it into Mia.

I like the part where the Mia system makes sure you are not over sending messages and campaings. Making sure our customers have a chance to review our services is a nice feature.

Automated review system  was good and saved me from having to follow up with customers.

I also had Signpost set up and manage a Facebook/Instagram ad which was very successful and helped me have my best holiday season yet. Great product, great staff.

It was waste of money and time. They don’t understand the home inspection business.

You also have to make sure you go through the contact list on a regular basis to keep everything up to date and to delete spam contacts that come through.

It’s a great way to increase your reviews on google or different social media platforms. It is super easy to setup and anyone can use it.

The customer support reps have been very gracious and helpful.

The simplicity of the Google Adwords reporting they created has been VERY helpful for me as a small business owner to better understand what's working and what's not.

Mia is great at sending automatic emails and follow ups at a rate that people like and will open. The call integration is a great feature as well.

Signpost is brilliant with their help they provide. It is like have an additional department in your business you can ring when you are in the weeds and there they are quickly with all the answers.

Sometimes if you had a poor interaction with someone, it can be clunky to find people in the system and block them from receiving a review.

Before Social Climb, our practice generated very few online reviews. With Social Climb, were able to steer patients to Google and social media sites to leave online reviews.

These guys really held our hand during the build and implementation and return messages quickly and continue to help us maximize the product in a way that works best for us.

And on top of an excellent product, SocialClimb's customer support team is second to none. They always reply to my requests and questions with prompt, detailed responses.

I am typically skeptical of software solutions that promise amazing results during their sales pitch.

It's constant evolution and growth as a platform. Additionally, it's ease of use and integration into both our software (website/GMB) and our strategy is turn-key.

It works, is inexpensive and so many other benefits.

I appreciate that the Social Climb platform allows for a seamless communication that appears to be coming directly from the provider.
