Occasionally the system can get very glitchy and mess up the final total cost of items purchased from the store. There seems to be a disconnect sometimes which can be very frustrating.

There is no way to make price adjustments without changing each one individually. It is repetitive and time consuming.

Inability FOR THE MOMENT to do very detailed and in depth customizable reports.

Inventory was my biggest obstacle to deal with and this program has taken that away.

I thought the backups were going correctly but when I did need the backup information is when I found problems with their backup.

Even after spending on the software, the customer service (WHICH IS INCLUDED) was simple and very responsive.

Its easy to use implement and teach. Love being able to track everything.
