Features and functionality of product were very good. Ease of use of the product and intuitive nature of the screen flow was good.

Sometimes it will produce a MoveNext error. Also, I have lost the written descriptions that I had written in a particular time slot because of data corruption.

We outgrew Quickbooks Desktop and this was the perfect solution for us.

The menus in Acumatica are intuitive and the search feature is robust and allows for quick access to move between screens.

The customizable dashboard feature is the best thing about Acumatica. You can basically do anything and the basic dashboard is already powerful in itself.

The worst part of Acumatica is how it handles Email. System email accounts, while not a horrible idea, just don't work well.

The program is  strong, the ability that you can use from the cloud for me is the best, I can work in the cloud from my office or from my client office, that save time to me, and money to my client.

Acumatica has unmatched customizability to fit any and all organizations' workflows. From my experience, end users pick up on how to get the most out of Acumatica customizations fairly quickly.

It is ideal for small companies to implement ERP for sales and invoicing. Generic Inquiries and Import by scenarios are excellent features of this product.

Acumatica has a built in CRM that helps to integrate the sales and operations process to finance. It's really helpful to have the financials easily available for each sales opportunity.

Variety of costing methods and works on many different database types; don't use user-based pricing so good for smaller co's.

I love the fact that all of our users can have access to the system with custom user roles.

This has been a great experience. Our previous software was limited to the reporting we could do and the user interface was not very friendly.

As an admin, limiting pages for users and restricting access is a pain. Need to go through each tab and change the access rights.

Being able to analyze all project costs (including labor)  has been a huge eye opener for management.

There is very little about this product that I don't like. Acumatica only sells through a channel of partners.

And if you already have a solution, Acumatica's robust API makes integration very easy, it has very good integations with other software.

They can’t fix a bug but they want me to trust them with costumers information and money.

I've used many different POS systems in food industry. None of the POS comes at price you pay for Aldelo period.

Bought software from Vitabyte it's awesome works great service is spectacular.

Product is extremely easy to use and makes tracking inventory and ring up sales a breeze.

I like when it works, but it's not as often as I'd like for the amount we use it. It's fairly easy to navigate but that's only when it works.

It is very evident that the development team can’t keep up with the operating system. Every time there is a upgrade the software starts to bog down and crash.

Almost always getting stuck with a system that malfunctions. Once they fix one thing another pops up.

Always breaks down , customer service very unhelpful, I think they know it's crap and have given up.

The interface is pretty ugly, and it is not that easy to learn.

Pay the guys again, now the database was corrupted because so many crashes and jet compacts. On the phone for 2 hours and no response, which you have to pay 800 a year for.

Easy to use and cost friendly and I would highly recommend for start up businesses.

System outages are frequent. It is not user friendly.

Not sure if it is still exist. However, we did the free trial.

Overall I like the software itself and there are updates constantly being made.
