Straight forward interface, fast settings, fast action buttons and shortcuts. Making team member cards and adjusting features on a custom level is an amazing pro definitely.

Sometimes it was difficult to go back on the menu. The order might have had to be restarted if you were looking to return to a different page.

Customer service hard to reach in the timely manner.

Quick and easy to navigate. The back of the house component is moderately easy to use and change.

Nothing stands out enough to dislike the software, sometimes the POS freezes and it needs to be manually restarted.

Aloha is extremely intuitive and simple to use. It’s great for people who are new to the restaurant industry.

The thing I like most is that it does integrate across most restaurant functions - it covers loyalty, POS, has build-ins for inventory, etc. And the POS terminals are great.

With innovative features on splitting checks and opening tabs it really helps production time in any restaurant.

Easy to learn software, most things are easily coded to navigate at ease. In the POS things are categorized which makes it easy on new employees.

The problem with this platform, is that because of its design, it can not keep up with regulatory or technological advancements.

It was a bit hard to integrate with our current business structure. But were were more than willing to work it out.

I love how easy it is to set up the POS to completely mirror your menu, making it more user friendly for the staff.

I like that this is a software that you can scale with. It’s durable and can be implemented if you have many locations.

The system seemed to need rebooting quite often in the middle of a shift which would be frustrating for our restaurants team members who needed to ring up items on the Aloha terminal.

Their customer service is great (if you ever have to contact them anyway), and deployment is easy because it's very user friendly.

It really is a waste of time trying to use it and I would tell anyone considering using it in their restaurant that they are making a MASSIVE mistake.

Overall experience has been good with the exception of integrations. Hopefully this will improve.

User friendly POS face for employees to use during business hours is easy to read (large font) & simple to learn.

I recently changed to Toast and have had a hell of a time getting out of this company's clutches. They are incredibly difficult to deal with in the break up process.

This meant getting rid of the 2 POS systems we had with Harbourtouch and going with something cheaper. When we called to let them know to cancel, we were told it’ll be taken care of.

Be prepared to deal with loss of sakes and upset customers.

This company charges ridiculous fees because most people don’t look at their bill closely and I would URGE YOU TO REVIEW YOUR BILLS FROM THEM.

It made me as a manager look bad. The staff I wondered about anf seemed to have the most problems with were great on paper.

Prior to inventory I know what was sold and have a clear idea of exactly what I should have. Expressing this in team meeting has slowly brought the matching closer and closer.

I felt they were a great partner and excellent product. I have no idea why anyone with a small to medium restaurant would use any other product.

HT was terrible in rectifying the issue for us and allowed us to struggle, literally DAILY!, for months before they finally sent out a new everything and fixed the issue.

This is the worst customer service ever experienced. If you're able to get someone to answer you get transferred around.

Software is fine, it’s the company itself that is horrible.

Which is complete BS...I inherited this agreement. It costs them nothing to turn the system off...we didn't eve lease our equipment...it's ours.
