I really like the fact that I can save my debit cards into the Apple pay account and purchase anything online or even send money to my family.

Overall Apple Pay has been amazing, I love how much smaller my wallet is now without all those cards in it.

For instance it doesn't work with the bank that I have now versus the bank that I used to have before so it is frustrating. At least it doesn't take too long to receive through bank transfer though.

I had a few problems with linking my debit card. In the future Apple should definitely develop some different features to solve this problem.

So many stores and websites accept Apple pay which is really nice. It's easy to add cards to your digital wallet and it's very secure.

This software is very easy to navigate, can use these on mac and iphones, and exclusive for iphone users only, can buy your stuffs easily online.

Apple always has great integration and works perfectly with Australian banks. Not all banks are in the system but the quick and secure payment is essential when you forgot to bring the card.

Then, adding insult to injury, they suspended my account and told me I could not get any information for at least 3 Business days.

Ease-of-use I find it very easy to train your employees on it everything is super simple and customer service is excellent.

Sometimes it's hard to get support  on the phone when something does go wrong.

Need somemore restaurant feature and more reports. Was going to switch because of lack of some of the reports compared to Toast.

Now im stuck with a POS system. When your down  and struggling Im not one to burry someone.

We are very happy with CAKE, it saves me time bookkeeping, helps with inventory and is easy for our employees.

Also, they update the system frequently, so if there is a feature you would like to change or add just submit a suggestion to them. As I said before, they are extremely helpful and accommodating.

I am in my 70's and computers and electronics was not in my upbringing but the great support team guides me through every step that I have trouble with. Ease of operation is second to none.

We are certain this is because we took out the human error. Everything that is supposed to be charged for is now being charged and collected on.
