### About Bepoz

Bepoz is an on premise or cloud-based point-of-sale (POS) solution designed for food-service and retail and businesses of all sizes. The product caters to both single as well as multi-location retail. It offers inventory control, cash control, customer loyalty and rewards, marketing, customer communication, online ordering, ecommerce integration, mobile apps and enterprise reporting within a suite.

The Bepoz system offers PCI compliance for payment processing. The restaurant POS functionality enables users to manage online reservations, tables, remote orders and orders to the kitchen, bar printer and video screen.

Users can engage with customers via automatic product promotions, customer loyalty programs, email and SMS features. The program’s reporting and analysis module sends users automated alerts based on aging inventory.

The product also allows business owners to track the profitability of promotions and marketing efforts. Users can also send internal messages to the staff notifying them of sale contests.

Support options include via phone and email.

Terrible Service

Pros:

POS is easy to use. Has lots of functions. looks ok. Hard to find to say positive things which this site requires

Cons:

There is no service ever available. They may or may not call you back at a time that suits them not you!!

Make Sure You Know What You Are Getting!

We were promised a lot of things could be done with this software and it wasn't until we got into actually using it that we realized they couldn't be done. I would recommend a trial basis first before you commit!!

Pros:

The tills themselves are very user friendly and can be customized.

Cons:

The reports that we have been using, both customized and standard, take a lot of time to set up and most of them are not useful for our business. Because the system originated in Australia, the terms used are not what we are familiar with. There are so many categories of what can be pulled for reports that it is so overwhelming. We have spent a lot of time and money on understanding reports and using them.

Reasons for switching to Bepoz

We had an older version that was no longer being supported. We wanted a system that could monitor more than one store at a time.

Although we know we brought many significant improvements to your business, we do agree that there were a couple things that you expected the software to that it could not but disagree that those were promised functions of the software. They were also not things that are commonly asked for by other customers. Regardless of our disagreement, we have continued to work to resolve every possible issue and have been able to resolve most of the outstanding issues at no additional cost as a sign of goodwill. We hope you agree that Bepoz reporting is one of the most powerful reporting tools anywhere. That power does require some learning for some customers who have specific needs, but it is worth it as the results can be amazing. We look forward to a long and prosperous relationship between our organizations.

Cons:

There is a learning curve but the support team makes this very easy.

Great product - absolute worst service proposition imaginable

The product itself is great. If anything the capabilities are too great. Very easy for staff to use. back office is a little more challenging.

Cons:

Bepoz has the worst service proposition I have ever experienced. A 3 day initial training is all they offer which isn't nearly enough to properly utilise this system. Every time we need to contact them for an adjustment to be made, a tech is NEVER available.
