  • Pros

  • That I did not have to worry about the 3rd party applications.
  • The customer service with our account manager, Aaron, sets it to another level. He is committed to making the product work for the business and quickly resolves any issues that arise.
  • The software is very easy to use. They are quick to respond on their text help line.
  • Cons

  • Of my orders would cancel out because they were never passed on to my POS system. We ended up with lost revenue and unhappy customers.
  • Its just been frustration after frustration. This "service" can take up to ten minutes from the time the order hits the Grub Hub app to the time it prints in the kitchen.
  • While "implementing" DoorDash (11 months after we made our initial request) at our restaurant, Chowly wiped out a many of our menu items causing a huge mess and food waste mistakes.

  • The timing features for happy hour pricing, the ease of use for customers and staff, inventory use, ease of changing items on the fly during service. Such a great product for fast casual use.
  • And do it all in one place - is awesome. And the fact that it is all so easy and user friendly is just a bonus.
  • I love that you can pretty much totally customize it to your needs. The back end is very easy to use and I love the support links.
  • Cons

  • Install was a total disaster and cost our company over 40K in losses. They refused to take responsibility for their failures.
  • Customer Support Inadequate and Multiple Charges on customer accounts.
  • You end up paying more in lost time, chargeback fees, and waste money on a subscription that doesn't even provide you with enough support.
