We rely on inventory management, an efficient point of sale, its Loyalty Program feature, its promotions feature, and its automated Reports. It's inventory management is extremely detailed and flexible for customization. The point of sale interface is simple and still offers functionality for a complex inventory. Technical support for system issues are quickly resolved by there service team. #### Cons Certain features and attributes are not always intuitive for the everyday user, and it has been difficult to learn how to use it appropriately for what our business needs. Once you understand the system and its quirks, then you know how to make use of its capabilities. But there are limited training materials available, and it would be a better user experience if Erply offered one-on-one trainings, classes and/or demos. --- ### Overall a good user experience. There offline POS does not work, printing doesn't work and trouble shooting has become a regular practice for me. Come to find out it is something with their software.
