We used to have a problem with our key staffs taking annual leave and we cannot allow them most of the time. Even so, they need to go despite the production being hanged as we cannot proceed without the cut plan. With the aide of intelloCut, we can really say that nobody is indispensable.

it takes awhile for shopfloor cut leaders to learn the software. but once they did, it wasnt a problem. maybe we can simplify this further? encoding the roll lists. i hope this can be done as an import document from packing list with an overwrite feature to allow us to correct specific rolls' information. there is no captioned window for reject cut panels so we had to put the info to capture it elsewhere.

We are expecting to have control on our fabrics as well as consumption. We were able to identify now if we are missing or losing any rolls that we received from our supplier. We can also assess whether our spreader are following the correct end loss allowance with the numbers of lay they can do.

Making the lay plan and the cut plan. It is really very easy. Checking report is with ease also. Data on the cutting floor are collected real time.

The viewing of report as it is limited to the users and in our case one monitoring. We are using ERP system but we are entitled to a lot of users for just accessing the reports needed with not much amount to pay.

In reserving fabric, if the software ask only 60 meters for example (and we reserve 65 meters) still shows partial allocation. Creates confusion why still asking for additional roll if we just need 60 meters and we reserve already 65 meters.

From the introduction, it is about the possible savings that the software can do if we have proper control on our fabrics, end cuts.

Limit on the users, mean although we can add, the cost will be too much for the number of employees we have that need to access to the reports.
