Looks at several systems and this was the best mix of features and simplicity.

I was using another cloud POS software that used a third party connector to integrate with my Magento site. But, it just did not work so my inventory levels were off.

Even if the software were mediocre the A+ support and Pricing make it the best choice I've found...since it is great software it's a WIN, WIN.

All i can say about this product is it maintains a quality and excellent features. Customer support is also good.

It is extremely user friendly and easy to set up and use. I started using the DOS version of MicroBiz in 1993 and updated to a Windows version in 2000.

The software is very easy to use and employees grasp how to use it very quickly.

Support is great and pricing is very reasonable.

It has been a good point of sale tool for us. It really does most everything you need it to do if you have a store.

Good design that saves time. Strong inventory management and management controls.

Solid set of backend features including receiving shipments, inventory management, customer records and reporting. Like the ability to work remotely over the internet.

Graphs and pie charts gives you quick access to income and profit and are very useful for reviewing the performances of multiple stores (I have 5). Fantastic value for money.

I like how integratabtle with quickbooks this is. It is very simple, straight-forward and easy to use.

We had it work around some Magento plug-in conflicts.

I like how MicroBiz adds new features  A couple months ago they added the ability to use filters to create marketing lists for email campaigns. The new QuickBooks integration is very cool.

My only issue was that there lack of a time clock for empployees.

Moneris and others have solutions too, but they are always throwing errors and out of date with the fast pace that WooCommerce iterates... but not MicroBiz.

The software is affordable and the technical support fees are fair. Customer service is quick to respond.

Great Software for Retailers with store and ecommerce.

Its shame there is no app available at the moment for android or ios.

Really easy to use and the support on the back end is amazing.

Every few months there are periods of sluggish performance.

I must have looked at 15 systems - and MicroBiz has a bunch more features than small shop systems like Shopkeep yet does not have the cmplexity or cost of folks like Netsuite.

The staff at Microbiz are always very attentive and available to help.

I recently updated to Version 16 and find with every update it gets even better. I looked at quite a few POS programs before I chose MicroBiz, and found it was the most user friendly programs.

Also, My website is easier to use from a cell phone now. It's worth paying the extra money for each month.

Customer service has always been helpful if I had a question or issue. The software has integrated well with my QuickBooks software so that's been helpful as I'm learning QB.

I had trouble with my labels in the printing mode. I use a different size of label than they have on file.

The product is incredibly user friendly, can be used on any device (not tied to a license on one desktop machine like other systems) and support is great.

Every one has been wonderful beyond any expectations. Thank you to each and every one of them.

But we are happy with the functionality and effectiveness of Rain. The fact that Rain is continually improving and updating their system has only increased our satisfaction over the years.

Disappointing compared to the hype of what you are getting.

Lack of integration with shipping companies. Cumbersome uploads to QuickBooks.

They are constantly improving, updating and listening to customer suggestions to make their product even better.

I've had at least 2-3 calls to different technicians ag in a row where I just felt bad for even calling.

Rental, class, and automatically populating the website is a big help for us saving time. It hasn't really made us more money as advertised.

Overall, my experience has been quite positive. In fact I have recommended them to other local business owners.

The word processor can be a problem when trying to change font sizes.

I was using another online web service when I heard about Rain (Like Sew). I like what they were offering and the price was great compared to what I was paying.

RAIN was super helpful in transferring our data from our old POS system (TRS) to their system. It has been easy to train staff to use the system.

Label printing is terrible. No dimension option for shipping calculations.

I like how integrated everything is - purchasing, receiving inventory, online and in-store transactions. Adding new products through almost any of my vendors is fast and easy.

The layouts were clean and simple. The customer support was generally responsive when we needed their help.

I want to upload my own pretty newsletter and not have it get distorted. Using the newsletter feature on the site is boring.

Tech support is wonderful. They are constantly updating and improving the software.

I love that they're always improving it and take our input.

My longtime email address was now blocked from sending. I had to purchase a business email and the integration was rather difficult.

We have recommended the product to quite a few other shops and want to make sure that it fits their accounting needs as well.

Product is very easy to use. It's nice that I can put items on my website right from the product page.

The fact that everything was based on the internet meant that we couldn’t use the cash register. This led to a loss of sales.

Happy, just keep the costs down. Remember we are not selling iPhones or over-priced clothes.
