- Mountain Stream team is very responsive and provides very good support, both technical and friendly.
- Easy integration with our accounts software, production forecast, live stock take, customer service, recipe costing.
Cons
- So far, very little has been problematic , as long as you understand the point of it , it is not an entire POS system but specifically for production management & invoicing.
- The company had very poor communication, ignored problems that were encountered. The company sent random invoices, disconnected service & tried to charge $110 to reconnect.
Pros
- Simple and secure, customizable and innovative, social and connecting, interactive, fun and interesting interface.
- I love how easy it is to use, and also how easy it is to set up. The platform seem secure and gives the option for same day transfers which is super nice.
Cons
- Once you send a payment to someone, it's sent- which sucks if you accidentally sent it to the wrong person.
- You can accidentally send money to the wrong person if you type in the username incorrectly, and there is no way to cancel that transaction.
