I love my Orda digital stack!
Painless. App and kiosk didn't take too long to launch. They have everything you need to streamline operations. App, self-service kiosk, and digital order screen
PROSIt's very easy to set up. We needed an easy online ordering solution and getting started with Orda a piece of cake. I was able to set up my own account and the dashboard is super user-friendly. You can set up and customize your app + kiosk from your own dashboard. No back and forth with anyone. You're in control of your settings.
CONSA few features weren't available when I signed but they have an awesome feedback page where customers can ask for features and they implemented these not too much later

Pickup Time Notification Needed
Easy to use but user-centric features are badly needed.

Horrible customer service and app
Terrible but now our customer base is used to having an app so we are stuck with it.
PROSThe only good thing about this app is that it makes us look a little more legit to our customers, and sometimes makes ordering easier for them.
CONSThere have been countless times where this app has screwed us over. We have an order cut off an hour before we close and there have been too many times where it did not work and people placed orders when they should not have been able to. There have been countless times where we updated an item, or made an item unavailable for sale, and the app does not save or update it. And whenever we run into an issue, the customer service is so quick to make it your fault. They take ZERO accountability and turn the finger on you, rather than try to find a solution or fix your problem.
