Avoid this company at ALL COST I am not a angry one that simply putting an anger on the company

what they offer you or what they say about their system is totally false. It will print half of the time. okay. fine if you need to change your menu, give up. They need to be involved on every single menu updates or change but you will NEVER get a hold of them (tried to contact 2 months now) If you use new number to contact them, THEY ANSWER LOL. So you know that they are just ignoring you.

Pros

None. Simply None just because it won't work half of the time.

Cons

1. Customer Service. You will be assigned to one of their so called onboarding team. They are very quick responding to you at first until software is set up. They start charging you two or three times and won't give your money back. I have emailed, called, voicemail, tried to use chat feature on their website, none of them is willing to return to you. This is simply the worst of worst of worst B2B experience.

Pros

The idea is genious, but they were unable to execute on the idea.

Cons

They couldnt execute the process. What was promised wasnt completed. Customer Service was not helpful. I was charged 3 times for a software I didnt use.
