The Best and Most Important Startup Decision We Made

Looking for a software solution for our startup apparel company we chose perfect Fit and have never looked back. It has been designed by a team that knows systems but, critically, by people that understand business and how it all needs to work. From order entry to inventory control, finance, sales reporting and integration with the online world, Perfect Fit continues to impress. And if we run into an issue, help is always available and willing to take the time to teach. It is a remarkably intuitive program and has required very little customization in the seven years we’ve been at it. It has been a great partnership and I’m more than happy to take calls.

PROS

The most important feature was that it was intuitive and, backed up by [sensitive content hidden] and his staff, help was always there when I got in trouble. Also, It can be customized to interface with other programs which makes PF user friendly to a lot of 3rd party applications available

CONS

The financial package requires one to be accurate, even when you are in a hurry. It's a bit of a pain in the neck but absolutely necessary in the end.

Reason for choosing Perfect Fit

The first months billings were staggering and we were no where ready to go. My Wife had used Perfect Fit with another company and with [sensitive content hidden] help we were up and running in less than a month and never looked back.

Perfect Fit- Yes indeed!!

PROS

I have been working in Perfect Fit for MANY, MANY years with several companies. For apparel or anybody with complex inventory variants, there is not better solution! [sensitive content hidden] and the team constantly look to improve the product and provide first class support. You have a question, they are responsive and ready to help. From managing inventory to producing reliable, fast financial reports, Perfect Fit does everything! As we've gone into ECOMM, they continue to build API's that integrate your online stores to Perfect Fit- super helpful in the accounting and managing large volume transactions. It's a great team and excellent solution!

CONS

There might be too many features--- there's areas we don't use, but we are not a production house.

appearel software for small companies

PROS

It's a software designed for a small/medium companies that manufacture clothes. I really like the way that this software handles the invoices and how you can create different templates for the invoices in a very easy way. The support is very friendly and helpful, they can also help you while screen sharing, so they solve the problems and concerns very fast.

CONS

I think this product is too expensive for what it does. There is a lot of business solutions that help you accomplish your goals for a small company and are less expensive. One thing that they can improve is the look and feel, because it looks like an old app from the 2000's

Great ERP

PROS

The best part of working with Perfect Fit is the responsiveness of the Perfect Fit team. When we need customizations, we are able to deal directly and efficiently with the Perfect Fit development team. They offer guidance in terms of the most efficient way to get what we want, not simply satisifed with doing what we ask but going further to understand the why.

CONS

There are not as many off-the-shelf integrations for Perfect Fit, but the team is addressing this.

12+ years with Perfect Fit

They are a boutique team and you feel it. Always there to answer your questions and help you and as a boutique company ourselves, it is a real value.

PROS

The system is pretty straight forward and is fluid enough to be personalized for what your company needs it for.

CONS

I am very bad at custom lists so prefer them prepped for me.
