Customer service has always been helpful if I had a question or issue. The software has integrated well with my QuickBooks software so that's been helpful as I'm learning QB.

I had trouble with my labels in the printing mode. I use a different size of label than they have on file.

The product is incredibly user friendly, can be used on any device (not tied to a license on one desktop machine like other systems) and support is great.

Every one has been wonderful beyond any expectations. Thank you to each and every one of them.

But we are happy with the functionality and effectiveness of Rain. The fact that Rain is continually improving and updating their system has only increased our satisfaction over the years.

Disappointing compared to the hype of what you are getting.

Lack of integration with shipping companies. Cumbersome uploads to QuickBooks.

They are constantly improving, updating and listening to customer suggestions to make their product even better.

I've had at least 2-3 calls to different technicians ag in a row where I just felt bad for even calling.

Rental, class, and automatically populating the website is a big help for us saving time. It hasn't really made us more money as advertised.

Overall, my experience has been quite positive. In fact I have recommended them to other local business owners.

The word processor can be a problem when trying to change font sizes.

I was using another online web service when I heard about Rain (Like Sew). I like what they were offering and the price was great compared to what I was paying.

RAIN was super helpful in transferring our data from our old POS system (TRS) to their system. It has been easy to train staff to use the system.

Label printing is terrible. No dimension option for shipping calculations.

I like how integrated everything is - purchasing, receiving inventory, online and in-store transactions. Adding new products through almost any of my vendors is fast and easy.

I want to upload my own pretty newsletter and not have it get distorted. Using the newsletter feature on the site is boring.

Tech support is wonderful. They are constantly updating and improving the software.

We like the centralized database (although using access) so all of our inventory and customers are in a single database.

Lastly, their support response is awful in that voicemails would be left requesting a callback and we'd still have to call back a day or two later as no call was returned.

User Friendly, a lot to learn, but once you get pass this, its ideal for the Pool Industry.

Has all features I was looking for and the training was great.

The inability to run periods for inventory reports. Namely AP and reports that have been corrupted and do not balance to each other.

They refused to provide a refund on a system we never used. They clearly do not stand behind there product or service, and would rather take money from a small company and move onto the next sucker.

What is really great is the very good support team which is always helpful and very knowledgeable.

Always having connection issues. No before and after pictures with time stamps.

Sometimes I'm confused on inventory settings, how to connect devices, how to transfer data to my inventory counter.

Every time I have had an issue they have been there for me to solve a problem.

Everyone at RB is always very polite and helpful. Logan has an awesome, up-beat personality and is always a joy to talk with.

RB is a really easy program to use once you learn. Ease of access makes for speedy transactions and happy customers.
