RetailMagic is an on-premise retail management solution for small and midsize retail and service businesses, such as pet stores, interior designers, giftware stores and more. It provides an integrated RMS solution with built-in functionalities of an inventory, point of sale and accounting solution.
RetailMagic records sales and customer buying trends to help identify top-selling products, brands and selling frequency. The inventory management feature keeps track of stock availability and identifies slow/fast moving items in real time. The accounting feature manages accounts payable and receivable, allows store managers to make payments to suppliers and generates financial statements. Retailers can also send marketing emails and promotion letters to their existing customers and monitor the effectiveness of their marketing efforts.
The solution is compatible with Windows OS and comes preinstalled in Schieck hardware such as touchscreens, barcode scanner, cash drawer, receipt printer and more. The complete package can be purchased for a one-time license fee.

Integrative with Accounting. Adding new inventory is simple. Access to local support is unheard of and appreciated.
Overall pleased with the software. There are some tweaks that could be added to make it more user friendly. Have shared ideas with a rep over the years. Better user manual for set up and usage

Islanders support islanders. Since this is a software developed and distributed by islanders, I like it.
It doesn't support other languages such as Chinese, now it only supports English. But many of our customers don't understand English very well.
