Radiant Review
The experience has been good and average both. It's an easy software, so the managers can even learn it quickly.
PROSOur organization has been using radiant for almost 15 years now with Dunkin brands. The software is user friendly, once you completed learn and become expert of it.
CONSOn a managerial level, I have witnessed some errors and bugs whenever there is a new update taking place. Also, the fact that any change on radiant take 24 hours to process become uneasy and increases chances of error, especially with employee timecards.

Decent Fueling POS system
I have 4 years experience supporting the Radiant POS system as IT analyst for fueling/convenience stores.
PROSBuilt around a windows operating system, this software allows for clear cut settings with an easy to use setup. Radiant is robust and has all the standard features, such as rewards, inventory, and daily business management and reporting. It can also be used to link to other software if you require it.
CONSIf you want to customize this platform specifically to your company, you will probably need to invest in your own internal engineer as well as pay extra for a certified consultant, as all non-standard settings will be hidden and customizing those will have a higher chance of breaking your POS system. While the customer service is 24/7, they are there to provide general, standard support that will likely not be familiar with your company's customization.

POS for food services
I liked the touch screen feature and the way that the different items were organized for easy find.
CONSI didn't like that the system would occasionally crash or reboot itself during peak hours.
