Pros/Cons
Pros
- I did like that it was easy to set up and looked pretty professional and linked the customer back to me if they were not happy with their service first.
- We are pleased with the ability to invite folks to review and grateful for those who have. We wish we could make it easier for more folks to participate.
- The software is easy to use, they have great customer service, and the pricing is good whether you are using it for your own company and/or for clients.
Cons
- Our firm was very concerned about the lack of reviews we had been receiving so we began to look into the various software packages offered by companies.
- The only thing I've had trouble with is setting up campaigns.
- A week into our partnership with them, and we already have TEN 5-star reviews. I'm only angry with myself for not doing this sooner.
Pros
- Great user experience, they are always improving the software. Unlike some competitors i really like how you can see customers engagement on the review invite sent.
- They have amazing customer service and training sessions for businesses starting out, great customization and options for all types, and helpful with seeing the progress from the client's view.
- Loved their software and initially their support was amazing, we saw this as worthy of the price tag.
Cons
- One significant problem we've run into is that there's no way for us to tell when Podium flags a payment as fraudulent.
- On a rare occasion, customers have reported that they were unable to open links sent through podium. It is my belief that this was likely user error on their end as I have not experienced this issue.
- And trying to cancel is almost impossible. There's no means on their website to cancel the service.
