Some of the question types and lengths are confusing. It is sometimes unclear which questions are required or their weight.

The mobile player (HTML5) is terrible, and they are really late to improve that given the death of Flash and how most browsers will automatically pull the not-so-great HTML5 player.

We've had to use Internet Explorer as the main browser for this and have recently had trouble with newer computers not connecting via their internal mics.

We are just in the final phases of the project implementation, and so far, we love the system. We have developed several courses so far, and have gotten positive feedback from our employees.

It's easy to create exams and push them out to the required audience.

If your phone rings, or a noisy car drives by - and you are reading a long slide - you have to delete it all and start the slide over.

Ease of use and ability to rapidly create content, also over the last few years built out many new functionalities and was impressed with their improvement.

You're able to make sure people watch the videos and answer the questions at the end. Easy to find out people's scores and message people to take training.

Large process and product trainings can be an ineffective and inefficient use of time considering schedules and makeup sessions for a large sales organization.

It has proven to be a very user friendly tool which has boosted the knowledge and capabilities inside our organization.

I enjoy the reporting regarding views and that Brainshark can help me do so many things to be sure my audience is learning from the content I create and share.

We use brainshark to make sure people do their trainings prior to a big event (SKO, Team Meetings, Etc.). We are able to get 100% people to do it and so far we've been happy with it.

The course catalog and transcripts tab in Salesforce can be clunky and unintuitive. Curriculum and transcript tabs are difficult to organize.

Clearly shows due dates and required testing courses. Easy to use video and audio in testing.

The software is good but the people with Proposify are GREAT. Having multiple types of proposals for different types of clients.

Little issues of moving the pricing tables and images, sometimes they are embedded, sometimes not. It depends and is frustrating.

Easily to modify and build your proposal template, and easy to maintain it to deliver to your customers.

Integrating with our CRM was as easy as a few mouse clicks. Clients love being able to review and sign proposals online, and I love the notifications and analytics behind the proposals.

Beautiful looking proposals, easy to use templates and libraries, very impressive for clients and it looks great when printed out too.

It helped us to create high quality proposal template which are so easy to deploy to new clients. We especially love the integrations with Hubspot CRM and Fresh books.

Glitchiest software we have EVER used. Trying to format is horrible.

The worst experience was when I lost hours worth of work for a big proposal (and it didn't autosave), making for a sleepless night.

Even better is the seemless integrations with Harvest, creating an invoice from a proposal when it is signed, and importing contacts from Harvest. This automated approach is saving me a bunch of time.

If you take everything mentioned above and add a sweet integration with Zapier it makes me a happy business owner.

Love the ability to save snippets to reuse later. Videos in proposals are a game changer.

It's great to see a SaaS product backed up by brilliant and quick customer support. This is so rare these days.

It is also nice that you can track when someone has opened your email/proposal and how long they have viewed different sections, which greatly helps during sales follow-ups.

Customer support is awesome and so responsive. Every proposal we have turned out with Proposify has looked amazing and our conversion rate has increased 20.

We used Proposify for a very long time and it was really nice. The template were great it  was a very easy to use software.

Additionally link sharing and signatures are super simple and make the signature process awesome.

I've used this both in an agency setting and as an individual consultant to craft and send proposals. I truly do believe that a great proposal (both visually and written) helps to win business.

We are also interested to see that a lot of third party integrations can be done on this tool like adding in Zoho platform etc.

It also lets us give options in the proposal for the client to pick things like # of years of licensing or change the amount of deliverables to get the final price they need.

Instead I've inherited a new set of problems created by Proposify that is far worse.

Pricey but looks like it is worth it. A free trial experience helps in knowing if it works for you.

The editor in the tool can also be a pain to work with - it's very clunky in parts and adding simple tables can be an infuriating experience.

We love being able to create beautiful, visually compelling proposals quickly from content that we have banked.

Honestly can't praise Proposify enough. The webapp runs really well, is very intuitive and straight forward.
