  • I learned the basics of glasshive in a month and it is very easy to use. The integration with other apps like connectwise is great and works well.
  • What I appreciate most about GlassHive is its remarkable user-friendliness. The platform's intuitive design makes it incredibly easy to navigate and use effectively.
  • Cons

  • Since it is browser-based, it is possible to accidentally hit the back button and lose recent edits.
  • I also don't like that I get an email every time I add a lead.

  • Jacked up prices, extortionist mentality, poor business practices, unprofessional support, machiavellian attitude sales doctrines, etc.
  • There are times when we bump into a defect, these defects will impact our business processes and users.
