Super easy to use for me and my clients. Everyone has been super impressed with how easy it is to use.

Wish I could do text reminders, even at the lowest plan. Emails sometimes tend to get lost or ignored.

When a patient cancels, there is only one alert and completely disappears from the calendar without warning.

Backend interface is a bit chaotic and complicated to get used to. Mailchimp integration does not work with GDPR.

So far, it has been a great experience. AS was recommended by a business coach I'm working with, and I've been very pleased.

It has a horrible appearance and is hard to follow sometimes. Appears very unorganized and jumbled.

They got back to me when I reached out to customer service and that really made me feel like I could highly recommend this service along with the positive experience I have had using the platform.

Sometimes my clients wouldn't remember the time properly, or I would forget to write it down. Now the appointment times are clear, and there is no way for us to forget or get the timing confused.

I like that you can sell packages and my desired package has availability for 6 employees. The Stripe integration is useful and it is easy for students to schedule a lesson.

Fairly easy to use, customer service great, clever comments make me smile, integration with existing business processes good.

I love how easy it was to create everything I needed. Although I am only using the free version, for now, it has almost everything that I want in it and it has been amazing playing around with it.

I love that Acuity is very robust and allows you to customize responses when a client/customer books with you. I also love that integrates with Instagram and Facebook for ease of booking.

If something is changed on my system, I have to sometimes update Acuity. I had some significant problems with Microsoft that temporarily derailed  Acuity.

It has a very fresh and modern UX, i love the styling. It's a good priced product and easy to set up.

My overall experience is good with Acuity. The software helps me know that my clients are in good hands when it comes to booking with me.

The only downside to the application is a slight lag with app integrations and the software is expensive.

Excellent overall and I'm happy with it, but I'm glad I don't have to pay for the highest pricing tiers.

It has been a great product for me. The integration with Asana and Google Calendar is fantastic.

Let's me plan out my entire week - both meetings and tasks - to ensure I accomplish important tasks. Integrations with Todoist and Google Calendar are very good.

HourStack is a nice tool to keep track on your time. Could use some more functionalities though.

It is really important to me to be able to not only track time for tasks, but also the estimate the time in advance so I can allocate important tasks to my plan for each day.

Improved my efficiency, keeps me on track during the day, allows me to better plan my work and also improves pricing for services that require time-spent.

It also lets me see how I use my time each day and each week - to make productivity improvements and see how good my estimates are.

The reporting feature is really easy to use and provide useful daily and weekly review information. In reports, I really like seeing planned vs actual times - it helps me improved my estimations.

The integration with projectmanagement tools as Trello and creating reports makes it a excellent tool.

Hourstack is great for both planning out out my week and for reviewing outcomes.

There were bugs every once in a while or the server/app would just crash. Also, there wasn't a public API we could access to build out our own software for reporting.

I feel it's missing some features for the administrators.

Seeing visually what you've done and have to do is very easy and it makes it super simple to see where you've spent your day.

I like that it can use different sources for the tasks, so one can combine e.g. Asana tasks and Outlook appointments.
