We loved that it allowed our staff contacts to auto-update. The ease of use is awesome.

After talking with CiraSync's awesome support team I was able to quickly and easily synch all of our GAL contacts.

Once configured, it didn't require more attention. It was a good tool to synchronize from 600-5000 contacts to circa 60 users.

Filling the gap of missing functionality of O365.

Instructions are clear and support is really helpful and quick to reply. Once it's all set, you don't have to do much afterwards if you are using groups in Office 365.

What we like most about this software is the ease of use and administration. The administration footprint is minimal, the setup and deployment was intuitive and rapid.

I think it's a very good product, low budget but does the right thing for us. We only use it for sync our company contacts on every devices.

The integration with our on-prem AD to O365 for Cirasync is absolutely amazing. We can add and remove users at a touch of a finger.

They solved our needs, but we quit only because another tool used in the process was shut down and we had to completely rearrange the process.

It's so easy to setup and create contacts from data in Azure AD and push copies to users. Support team is amazing for years so responsive.

We looked around at various solutions. CircaSync was the best technical solution but it was almost cost-prohibitive for our company due to the 10 minimum licence requirement.

My overall experience with Cirasync has been fantastic.

Additionally, after having configured the tenant properly, it is working just flawlessly, it is a highly reliable solution.

We had used another product for a few years but found it very difficult to maintain and prone to partial or failed syncing.

I like that I can sync my iOS and Android devices to my company directory. It is very easy to setup groups and then manage them as well.

Functionality - I like that it is straightforward and easy to use.

Must be associated with a personal account, it will not use a MDM style account. If sync is lost you must start from scratch.

It is somewhat confusing to navigate through the portal.

CiraSync solved our problem with getting O365 contacts on our iphones. Their support team is amazing.

The thing I like the most about the product is a very intuitive user interface.

It's unstable, and regularly needs to be refreshed/re-booted, which in our case, with over 5,000 contacts, can take hours.

The technical how to on the website is weak. I think they should offer someone to walk you through setup.

This makes syncing your organisational contact lists a breeze. Have searched for a product that is so easy to use and with great support.

We were happy to learn that we can also sync shared calendars. The setup was easy and the few times I needed support, they were great.

They are working on a real time sync, which is the only current downside.

G-suite support was outstanding, I was able to create my domain and website seamlessly, customer service is supportive and available to guide you through every step.

I love have the G Suite since my domain name is my business name which makes it more professional and official. It's a good email platform and I'm happy with it.

Terrible layouts, and awful (dangerously poor) support. Hard to access support and when you do they do more harm than good-do not trust that they know what they are doing.

I LOVE that I can access my files and edit them almost seamlessly on any device that I have Google drive downloaded on. Not having to lug around my work laptop just to access my files is so nice.

Like most of Google's offerings,  Google Workspace is pretty easy to use. Particularly if you have any experience with GMail, you will LOVE this product.
