Easy to use and set up, excellent support from the team.

This on the face of it looked like a reasonable product but it is so clunky and difficult to use there were some features that were ok but not a lot.

The only thing I feel is missing for the way we use the system would be for the administrator to have remote access when away from there desktop.

The integration with Xero is terrible it creates a new customer for each of there sites.

Ease of use and flexibility of the whole system, giving us the chance to easily design our own forms to suit our business without incurring the huge costs usually associated with development.

The ease of use and the speed of the process, it is also very user friendly for making sure all jobs are status known to all users with the traffic light system.

The customer support team are exceptionally helpful and responsive to any requests or queries we have - I know that Aodhan will be able to respond quickly to anything we need.

Technicians complain about the time it takes to complete the job card.

Everyone is very helpful and always available when help is needed.

Fieldmotion's software is quite user friendly, and anything you don't understand can be clarified quite easily as they provide a great customer service.

Cost benefits and flexibility are priority for us.

If an inventory item isn't available it just doesn't sent the invoice to Xero with not message to say so. Finding worksheets or invoices or anything relating to a customer is really difficult.

The user is never told what actually went wrong. We have found that every time a change is made in the software that we use, it affects the running of it on our end.

Having jobs scheduled to engineers directly to app on their phone is invaluable. It was integrated into our systems was straight forward.

How easy it is to use both the desktop back office and the application.

The customer service is outstanding, always very responsive when needed. Layout on the mobiles is simple and easy to use for our engineers when on site.

No one ever likes getting these things up and running but actually it was really quick and straightforward, the engineers picked it up in no time too.

The ability to remove some features that we didn't want (ie make the app less cluttered) and how much the forms could be customised where the main selling points for us.

The main benefit is having everything in the one place and laid out in a easy structure for everyone to navigate and understand.

With a little IT knowledge, and help from the support desk, you are free to create your own forms and tweak as much as you like.

All our engineers find the system very easy to navigate. If we need to make any amendments to customer files are dockets, it is extremely easy to do so.

The current app at the time of writing (which is getting over hauled in late 2022) is ok but limited.

I really like that I can use it on my laptop or phone and switch between the two, plus the job-costing feature is fantastic.

This integrates great with TSheets it allows you to work through all the time cards with ease and get people paid on time.

Integration to Quickbooks is very good once setup properly. Service is fantastic although they can't fix it if the software itself is the issue.

This is the easiest program, it makes your job so easy and the customer service is outstanding. You can call anytime and they will walk you through anything you want to do.

Its ease of use and ability to integrate with Quickbooks as well as payroll services is a huge plus.

It has been great being able to clock in and out from my phone and keeping track of my pto and holiday pay. Overall experience has been amazing.

Overall TSheets has done a good job to save our time and maintain records. We are over all satisfied with the job.

That being said, it is more of a personal annoyance to me than a hindrance and I would not let this be a game stopper for anyone.

We have been using Quickbooks times for many years now. It helps us create the employee schedules as well track their time on specific tasks which improves our billing process.

Some features can be added, e.g. California meal violation premium pay and Meal waiver (so there is no premium pay).

The Tsheets makes it easy for the employees, supervisor and accounting departments to report hours, collect facts and track projects, but overall this is a good software to have at a great price.

Customer support service has been a wonderful help with answering all my tsheet help needs.

When T-Sheets ran their own customer service center, they were absolutely wonderful. Quick to respond, always helpful and had answers.

This is very user friendly and easy to use on a cell phone. I like that it can track where you clock in and out.

I was not able to use TSheets long enough to find a downside. We had to cancel as a result of losing our hourly employees during the COVID crisis.

The user interface is not the most intuitive, and sometimes it is easy to miss when you have input the wrong phase for a billable period.

Since I have to complain, I would say that some of the windows and sub windows scroll in odd ways and are sometimes difficult to scroll through.

Ease of use with the QuickBooks Time helps with time tracking for all employees, making payroll easy.

Our accountant also love the ease in reporting. The biggest plus - we are now able to accurately price our packages based off historical labor hours thanks to T-sheets.

This is more of a failure of staff than the product, but is something that should not be dismissed.

Problems we have been/are currently experiencing. One employee has been unable to log into the app, can only do so through email.

The thing I liked most about the software is that it comes with very friendly customer support. Its the same quality that I love about Go Daddy.

Is has so many benefits that has already been impressive to review, geo-fencing for when subbies get on-site and can track there time in and out.

I quit using T-Sheets because Intuit is so terrible at customer service.

The only bad thing about this software was the account features in which it frequently asked you to reset your password about every 4 months.

Ease of use , and when I do have a question I have received outstanding customer support.

Thank goodness they haven't had to use this feature yet, but knowing it is there is comforting.

The time off notification confused the users sometimes, when the admin changes the time off info, it should not send the notification to user, the user will get confused when did I do that.

Overall I really like TSheets, and I have been considering changing from Ebillity. The integration with QuickBooks, ease of use, and great features are the total package.

Overall, t-sheets has been great. When we separated from the original account to our own smaller account, the staff was super helpful.

I love the Quickbooks time. Very easy to use and even has a tracking feature.
